A hard rubber like material, that's what I would call it. My reason for doing this is that I set it down and it falls over and pops up. Even with those plugs, the handle has kept its shape. They do not seem to affect the use of the handle. The clinking noise made as I walked was my primary complaint. I changed the tightening method with my husband, and it is now better. Since several months ago I have been suffering from this.
believe so, but what makes this cane so desirable is the very reason why we want it. It would be better to pick a different cane if you want another handle There is a wide range of options.
The tip of the cane is 3/4 inch in diameter.

For several years I have used a metal cane with similar adjusting features. It has never I found it to be less expensive and 100 percent better than I expected. Canes with this type of handle often fall because there is no security on the handle. Several days ago, after a few days of use, the cane fell to the floor, leaving pieces of plastic scattered everywhere. We can infer from the fact that the metal outside has not been damaged that the inside has been chipped and has leaked out. There is no point in using the cane since it is no longer stable. Returning this item is not feasible since a special box is required. The result is that I'm stuck with paying for some useless The following is a transcript of Carol's words. It's raining water.
A slow increase in hip pain has been reported during walking over the past decade. I recently found the daily 1/2 hour walk on city sidewalks to be very difficult. Hiking in the woods was never an issue for me because I love the outdoors. The videos on Youtube convinced me first that I do have bursitis and secondly that I should try using a cane according to specific instructions that were easy to follow. I took my Cold Steel self defense cane to a nearby rural park last week, on my 75th birthday, and walked a bit more than a mile on a snow-covered snowmobile trail, with no discomfort at all no ups or downs. I was surprised when I saw that cane was several inches longer than I was told by the Youtube videos would be ideal My husband ordered this light for me because it's cool. A baby that can be adjusted to its weight. Earlier today, the package arrived. Packages are dropped at the bottom of my ice and snow-covered driveway by UPS The cabin is located about 900' from there. My gear was easily adjusted to my height as I walked back up. Once I had it unpacked, I continued my walk. Due to the difference in height and weight, the cane proved to be more effective and comfortable to use since it was of the correct height and weight. Having a rubber thingy at the bottom, rather than ordering the correct size, is a benefit.
I strongly recommend both Youtube (search "physical therapy" and your condition, and physical therapists in general to diagnose and treat problems with moving joints.
I also broke the handle of the cane when I was getting out of my chair. The cane appears to be sturdy enough for my weight. There is no way to glue it.
It would have been nice (1) to have looked at the pictures a little closer and (2) not to have There's something about the grip that makes it uncomfortable to The grip on the cane looks like it is made from a metal mold. If it were solid rubber, I would sand it down. However, it looks like the grip is made from a metal mold that gives the grip its shape, so sanding would not be effective.
This style is useful for walking, and I like how it looks. With the style handle this cane has, I was hoping to find a cane Although the handle is broken, the ends are intact. The end of one of the ends is missing, there is a hollow opening and the other end has been partially or completely damaged. Through the transparent handle, you can see through to the other side. Currently, I'm using the cane, but the handle leaves a lot to be desired. As far as I can tell, it won't last much longer.
This is not a good product. It didn't take long for the strap to come unstitched and fall As a result of the crack in the back of the handle, the cap has broken away, leaving an open hole in the handle. As a result of chondromalacia, I have to use a cane every day at work. It is not a product I recommend, and I was just checking the return options, but they seem to be closed now. I am disappointed.
I purchased it for short-term use while I recover from a fractured pelvis, and it is perfect for the job. Since I am only 38, I wanted something that did not look too flashy, but did not look silver, so purple seemed the perfect choice. One thing I am concerned about is the cap on the end, as it seems to wear out very quickly. Although I still have a still healing broken ulna on my left arm, I have not experienced any problems with it making noise and was able to adjust it on my own. I enjoy the feeling of the derby style handle very much. My physical therapist recommended this style to Considering the price, I am happy with my purchase, I plan to use it for only about a month, so it is a good buy.
That is an awesome price. This is the third of these canes I own. In addition to working very well, they are quite light weight and hard to feel. Fortunately, the cane isn't quite so complicated since I use the little hook on the handle to attach it to my wrist so I don't forget about it!.
