I keep mine in the shower and it gets wet every day; it's not a problem for me. I'm very pleased with the stool, which I didn't expect to be so well made. It's a small stool with a lot of weight on it. I'M SO EXCITED!
The Ecodecors logo is small, but it is only on one side of the bench, and it can be flipped if you don't want it to show.

It's revolting. Isn't it designed to be used in the shower? This is a terrible product.
It arrived fully assembled in just two days. There was no damage to the product because it was packaged well. It's sturdy and well-made. It's made in Indonesia (rather than China!). It does have some weight to it, and it will not break, wobble, or sag. It can be sat on without the use of a cushion or a towel. With a slight curve, the seat is extremely comfortable, and the wood is perfectly fitted. To protect your shower or tub, each of the four legs has a round hard rubber piece. It will not stain if you get it wet. Here are some of the things I do to keep the chair in good condition and to keep my shower free of scratches and scuffs. I completely dry the chair, including the legs, rubber feet, under the seat, and the very useful shelf, after you finish wiping down the shower. Nothing will snag your towel or skin because the wood is so smooth. I keep the seat in the shower and make sure the shower floor is completely dry before putting it away. If you leave the hard rubber feet wet or in a wet location for an extended period of time, there will undoubtedly be a mark, as rubber absorbs moisture. So make sure you dry it. The chair is then turned on its side so that the feet are no longer in contact with the floor. If the rubber marks are applied in this manner, there is no possibility. Because of the weight of the chair, I understand that some people may be unable to lay it on its side. After that, when you're ready to use it, set it upright. In that case, double up a towel or two and place it beneath the chair's legs after it has been dried. Remember that the chair's weight is what you want in order for it to not break and last a long time; I highly recommend this chair. Don't waste your time looking for other chairs, or chairs that are less expensive, or chairs that are made in China. I tried them all and found that none of them are worth purchasing.
We purchased a very similar product from another company (AquaTeak) for a home sauna a week ago, and my wife loved it so much that she wanted another one. We ordered a second one, but Amazon cancelled it after discovering that the vendor was out of stock a few days later. For the same price, I found this one from EcoDecors, but it's better than the AquaTeak model because 1) it came fully assembled and ready to use right out of the box, and 2) it had a shelf under the seat, which the AquaTeak model did not (note: A model with a shelf was available, but it cost $20 more). Both were solid teak, well-made, and made in Indonesia, but I believe this was a much better buy for the two reasons stated above. I also appreciate the fact that it is a small, family-owned business, as well as the company's Mission Statement of reclaiming, upcycling, and recycling the materials they use to create a high-quality product.

It's very well constructed. Sturdy. Beautiful lines that can be easily cleaned with a squeegee after each use. Also, other reviews stated that competitor products quickly became moldy; however, I've had mine for about a month and have seen no signs of mold. However, after each shower, you should rinse it and wipe it down to remove any soap residue. Whatever the case may be. Any product will last longer if it is properly maintained. This is a bench that I would strongly suggest.
This bench appeared to be very sturdy and well made, but after about three weeks of use in my shower, it left a large stain on my carrara marble shower floor. It has been impossible to get rid of it. Very let down.
like a solid teak bench with a custom look- chair. This Spa- The shower teak chair, for example, appears to have been custom-made for an opulent spa or home. I'm overjoyed because it came out even better than I expected. I'm not sure if my photos do it justice, but I wanted to show off the lovely grain that reminds me of a live edge. The bench is pictured in front of a very tall soaker tub, and I am standing to photograph it so you can see its height, curve, and depth. It's the ideal height for sitting in the shower. Several photos of it are displayed in the entryway of my shower; depending on the size of your shower, it can be tucked against a wall or used to store towels or bath items. The grain in the wood is absolutely gorgeous. Above all, it's a lot more durable than I expected. It feels absolutely solid to my husband, who is a big man. If a problem arises over time, I'll make every effort to keep you informed. br>br>I will be disappointed if I share this review again and it is rejected by Amazon because it does not meet Amazon's "guideline reviews. " I am a verified purchaser of this product and rarely write reviews, despite the fact that my husband and I spend a significant amount of money together. But if this is how they pick and choose, I won't do it again. I had a lot of product information and five photos of the actual product. So, Amazon, what else do you require?.
3/2020br>Update: I'm trashing this and cannot recommend it in any way. My carrera marble floor has been stained by black mold that has covered it. Please take a look at the pictures I've included. Original review: br>br> This shower stool is lovely, but I'm not sure how long it will last. When I broke my ankle and couldn't walk, the stool was a lifesaver. the act of bearing weight I first noticed these black spots about a month ago and assumed they were caused by the lighting in my bathroom, but I can now see that they are not caused by the lighting. I'm not sure how long this is going to go on for.
