I'm not sure where it's made, but a Chinese LLC owns the Brosive name. I was unable to locate a physical address.
To get the handles into the base tube, I had to pull apart their "legs." Nothing superhuman about it; just slip one leg into the tube just barely, then pull the other leg's bottom into the tube until it fits. In addition, the handles will only fit on the seat's short sides. I hope this information is useful.
For you, I just took a measurement. The height can be adjusted once it's fully assembled, so it's adjustable. The bench is about 22" wide at its widest point. from the grip to the grip From leg foot to leg, the depth is a maximum of 17". I use mine in a curved bath tub, and the rubber feet provide good "grab" and the unit never feels unsteady.
It's around 27 inches long, I believe. Mine is 25" from the floor, but there is room for two more inches.

I purchased this bath chair because I am physically unstable in the shower as a result of recent surgery. It took me only a few minutes to get it ready to use without the use of any tools. The bathtub in the shower where I used it has a nice curve to it. The seat's legs have flexible rubber "suction cups" on the bottom that effectively gripped the tub surface, making it almost like a half pipe. There was no slipping, and I was able to complete my shower in a safe and confident manner. If you (or a loved one) are looking for a shower chair, this is the one I would suggest.
It turned out that what I thought was one step to the floor was actually two. At the ball, I broke my femur, and the next day, I had to have my hip replaced. Spouse has returned home after spending more than three weeks in the hospital and a rehabilitation center. We've had this unit for over two months and are still using it. It has proven to be a lifesaver. Without it, your spouse would forego a shower, and a bath would be impossible! It's well-made and sturdy.
The shower seat is both sturdy and comfortable to use, which I appreciate. And this little old lady had no trouble putting it together. It only took a few seconds.
The height of the arms and the height of the chair can both be adjusted. You have the option of removing both or just one, depending on your requirements.
This stool is both comfortable and durable, as well as being brightly colored. It's for a 240-pound man who just had spine surgery. He has trouble standing for long periods of time and is unsteady on his feet. So I bought him a stool to use in the shower. It's perfect for him. The stool's pretty blue color stands out in an otherwise drab tile shower, adding a splash of color. Wet washcloths can be held using the side grab bars and the handheld shower clip. This is an excellent investment!.
I like that the seat doesn't have a back so that I can easily wash my back. The handles are well-made and provide a great deal of assistance. Because the seat is pierced with holes, it does not hold water. The seat is comfortable and light, and it dries quickly with no signs of mold or dirt. If you do not want to use it, it is simple to move.
I tore my hamstring and found it difficult to stay upright in the shower; I had to crouch down to the floor to avoid becoming dizzy and then struggling to get back up. The padded seat and arms of this stool have made it much easier to get through a shower. This is a sturdy little stool. My purchase has exceeded my expectations.
You see photos and assume that's what you'll get, but there's still assembly to be done! As a result, I was concerned when the box arrived. Was it possible that I didn't have the necessary equipment? What would the time frame be? Was it true that I possessed sufficient strength? Forget about all these questions; this was a breeze. I put it together in ten minutes and it was perfect; no tools were required, and my old hands were more than capable of tightening everything; I'm very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it.
