They sent me another kit free of charge to repeat the test. I repeated the test again following all instructions as I had in the first test and sent it back. They indicated there was not enough DNA in the sample and that they would send me another kit free of charge to repeat the test. The next month I get the same email explaining that they cannot take the test and will refund what I paid. My refund request has been ignored several times by customer service. I have also emailed them twice, but they just keep putting me on hold. I have not seen results or gotten my money back which I paid for the kit yet after purchasing it 5 months ago!.

The two kits we bought were identical. It took my husband a couple of weeks to get his back, and I was waiting for him all this time. The two did not communicate. Six weeks have passed, so I sent them an email, and they replied with some canned response, "Maybe there was some difficulty", Following that, I emailed the company for more information, but they did not reply. I noticed that a week later they included a survey in the original email, so I filled it out stating that I was dissatisfied. Asked for a response. There has been no progress for over 2 and a half months since they received the sample, and they make false claims regarding 6 to 8 weeks processing time. The support team just keeps closing my tickets without doing anything about them. This is useless customer support (I think it is outsourced to India, not sure what the accent is like). In any case, this could be a good product for you if you're willing to spend $200 and send your DNA away and receive NO FEEDBACK.
