Thank you so much to my forever DNA for confirming that my deceased brother had children and that my father was the grandfather. My father used to say that the truth stands still while a lie moves on, and here they are, my brand new niece hugging her grandfather for the first time.

Do not make use of. After reading an article in the New York Times, I inquired about the company's privacy policies. Your DNA was saved and is still being used by them. So, unless you want your DNA to be held by an unregulated company, don't do it. Not to be used! Other businesses can ask for the results to be discarded. This is not the case with this firm. The level of customer service was outstanding. I sent my test in without the Result Notification Form and didn't realize it for nearly two weeks. I came across the paper with the packet while looking for a phone number to call to find out what had happened to my results. I left a message after calling the number. I received a call back right away. I explained everything that had happened. They were extremely accommodating and said there would be no issues. They sent me an email with a form to complete, which I returned. I did have some difficulty filling out and returning the form. They called to say they could fill it out with me over the phone after they received my first attempt. However, I had already completed and returned the form in the proper manner. That's something they could use. I received my results three days later. If I hadn't forgotten about the notification paper, it would have been very simple and quick. Overall, I am extremely satisfied.
