I definitely did not get any relief from The supination might be helped by the exercise, but it may only be a very subtle change. After about six weeks, the whole thing started falling apart.

Since I was a kid, I've had plantar fasciitis on and off and I sprained one ankle once. This issue has led me to wear a few braces over the years, but this simple, slim brace will be my must-have brace moving forward. My shoes can also be worn with it, which is another nice feature. I was disappointed in the outcome

The brace was not up to my expectations. I could not wear it during the day since it would not stay in place. The Velcro stayed in place for a very short time. Ultimately, I returned it for a different one that I much preferred.
