A band runs from the top of the ankle to the top of the foot. This band can be excruciatingly tight if you have fat ankles and calves. I had to return mine due to the tightness of the band, and I, like you, am hesitant to order a size larger because the band may still be too tight regardless of the foot size.

The SB SOX Compression Foot Sleeves were a Cyber Monday deal that I decided to take advantage of. Oh my goodness, I didn't expect to receive "My Best Purchase of 2017!" "I woke up without foot pain for the first time in a long time after wearing the compression sleeves for one night; my feet haven't felt this good in a long time, even after injections for plantar fasciitis and other treatments for this problem. " br>br>I bought the pair based on the size chart, and they fit perfectly; most nights, I just wear the sleeves by themselves, and after a couple of nights, I forgot I was wearing them. However, on nights when I apply a lot of Vaseline to my dry heels, I prefer to wear the sleeves over cotton footies, which are still very comfortable. I've discovered that if I wear them to bed, I don't need them during the day. If I know I'll be on my feet for longer than usual, I'll put on a pair of 4-inch heels. I usually wear them under my socks so they don't show during the day, for a total of 5 hours. br>br>I was so pleased with the first pair that I bought six more (six because of a sale at the time) so that I always have a pair on hand. This purchase has made me extremely happy. If you suffer from plantar fasciitis, I sincerely hope you will try these.
They aid in the stabilization of my shaky ankles (I've never been able to stand on just one foot!). Can you? ) as well as a reduction in back stabbing Heel pains that appeared out of nowhere after a trip. br>br>Because I'm the type of person who tries one brand after another in search of the "best," I've purchased a variety of compression socks. These are my favorites because the compression (at any level) is just right, not too loose or too tight. I wear 6- The Medium was perfect for 5 sandals or 8 W shoes with thick socks. My feet are wide and flat, my heels are narrow, and my calves are large. They do not cramp or overheat my wide feet because they are toeless. The problem of fat calf is avoided because they are ankle length. These are exactly what I've been looking for. br>br>CAUTION ON COUNTERFEITING: Another Amazon seller was selling a counterfeit version of the SB SOX under the SB SOX listing. The shorter sock, as shown in my photo, is the genuine SB SOX product, while the longer sock is a knockoff that is difficult to put on for someone with foot pain! When I received the longer one, I was concerned that the company had changed its product; I emailed them, and Sam was fantastic, responding promptly and explaining that the longer one was a counterfeit. Even the box it came in (photo) was a dead ringer for the real thing! Unfortunately, even when you just placed a reorder purchase, Amazon's system automatically listed the counterfeit seller as the default seller (due to a 1 cent lower price). I returned the second sock after confirming that my first good sock was purchased from SB SOX, but my reorder (the counterfeit long sock) was purchased from a different seller. I placed a second order by going to the "Other Sellers On Amazon" section and selecting SB SOX, and I received the same great shorter ankle socks! Happy me! SB SOX Customer Service is so committed to keeping customers happy that they offered to send me a replacement pair for free to replace the counterfeit. I refused because I didn't believe it was their fault; I was furious that a counterfeiter would steal a business from someone who had worked hard to develop a great product, sell the inferior knockoff to unsuspecting Amazon customers, and Amazon would allow it! Fortunately, Amazon appears to have fixed the issue, as SB SOX is now the only seller for this item. Let's hope it stays that way. SB SOX is a fantastic company with a fantastic product. Amazon, you've done a fantastic job!.
I work as a bartender at a nightclub and am on my feet all night. During a 10-hour shift, I walked 6 miles and developed plantar fasciitis, and by the end of the shift, I could barely walk. After a pair of cheap ones I bought from a well-known big box store ripped as I was putting them on right before my shift, I decided to buy the SB Sox. These items have saved my feet and my life; I have less pain in my feet and can keep up my pace throughout the night because of them. Combine these socks with a foot roller and you're ready to go. The fact that they go all the way down to the ball of your foot is a huge plus that I didn't realize until I tried them on. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY.
These socks are fantastic! For the past three months, I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis. Nothing seemed to help, including stretching, medication, and rest, so I was relieved the first day I put these socks on. I put them on every night before going to bed, and I also wear them during the day. Although my condition will improve over time, wearing these socks makes the process a lot easier. I've broken my left ankle twice and have lived with chronic pain for more than two decades. On a scale of one to ten, this product has reduced my ankle pain from a constant, dull five to a two on a pain scale of one to ten. They're light and airy, which makes them ideal for hot weather. Even if they cost ten times as much, they would be worthwhile. Stats: I'm 6'3" and wear a size 13 shoe. I started out in a Large but eventually switched to a Medium.
I've tried several brands of compression sleeves to help with plantar fascitis pain, and these are by far the best! I used to wear a heavy plastic boot to bed to keep my foot straight and prevent my tendon from shrinking, but I'd wake up in the middle of the night in a panic, ripping it off due to the discomfort and weight. I've swapped out the boot for these fantastic compression sleeves, and I'm sleeping better and waking up with less pain.
I ordered them twice, and the first time I got exactly what I wanted, as shown in the photos. The second time, I got socks that looked completely different, were much too large, and said "SA SOX" instead of SB SOX (?). Both times I ordered a medium size in the same color, but the second order arrived completely different. On the left, you can see the first order. On the right, there is a second order.
