It may be a good idea to consult with your podiatrist if you need to wear them every day to make sure they don't cut off your circulation too much. Normally I wear women's shoe size 10 1/2 to 11, and these were way too small for me There is a high instep on my foot, so I am wider around my arch area than most people. The only way I could get them on was by slicing them down from the ankle to the top of the instep with scissors. I did not help my neuropathy at all

This pair of socks was purchased to ease the burning pain I experience in my feet due to neuropathy. I was unable to find relief from that pain from wearing them. It was recommended that compression socks may be problematic with this condition, but as the reviews were positive, I thought I would give it a try. However, the discomfort increased rather than decreased. In contrast, I fell in my yard yesterday, rolling my ankle, and put one sock on my sore foot, and I felt immediate relief, and my foot is much better today. Overall, not great for neuropathy pain, but can save your ankle if you fall and roll it.

A very tight fit

I guess it's very tight for anyone with a high instep or maybe anyone at all. The foot part of the cuff is still gripping my foot, but it doesn't cut off my circulation. I cut it down to the ankle with scissors. In this way, it is not practical. In women's shoes, I wear a size 11. In men's shoes, I wear a size 10.

It's a pleasure to be around Sleeping with my feet cramped and suffering from neuropathy is ruining my night. There has been a significant reduction in both of those. The two of them are essential to me.
