The size of my body is A size 5 would probably fit me, but I'm unsure about sizes 11 and 12. They have helped immensely in relieving my pain, even though I am not pain free. The treatment helped me relieve the symptoms of plantar fasciitis and tendonitis as well as a bone spur almost immediately.
I wear them inside and outside of shoes for a long time. The majority of the day was spent wearing it. It usually takes me 6 months to change them out.
If you are going to remove the insole from within your shoes/sneakers, you will probably have to do so. The insole of some sneakers gets in the way. I have removed those insoles in the past.
