I have been using this item for about a week now and my first impression is that this item is really I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for years, so it's essential that I find something that works for me. This mattress does just what it says on the box--supports and gives me a slight stretch without being bulky and awkward. The metal used is flexible yet supportive.
