I apologize, I bought the wrong one. This one has so far been good, the music is nice and the flow is good The fabric seems to be heavier duty than my previous one and the velcro seems more resistant to tears and wear. Therefore, I give this five stars.

If you are judging how it looks under clothing from the front, but because of the strap print between the legs and over the butt, I recommend loose fitting pants. This is because strap prints under fitted or snug pants make it appear that the underwear is french cut. I like it for women, but it's not as appealing to men. However, it does what it's supposed to do.

I have a smaller hernia, and I barely feel it since I started using There is a feeling that it gently pushed it back and helped the muscles all around it grow stronger. As of yet, it does not seem that I will require surgery. I originally thought I might have to have surgery. This product has been great to me. The only thing that is a bit uncomfortable are the straps around the legs, but it is adjustable and easy to get in and out of, and for me that is a positive. Giving it a try, and just keeping in mind that you might need to get a larger size, is recommended.
