Yes, it is very simple. This belt has two adjustable straps that provide excellent support; if I have more pain, I simply tighten the belt, which helps to alleviate the discomfort.
It immediately relieved my discomfort. I wear it very tight because it supports your back muscles rather than putting strain on them. I have a deteriorated disk in my lower back and arthritis, so my pain will never go away completely. It comes in handy when I have to stand for long periods of time at work.

I'm blown away by how quickly everything happened. My lower back pain has been effectively relieved by this hip brace. I'm a very active person (gardening, walking, yoga, etc. ) and I've had to deal with some health issues. due to a back injury 15 years ago, I'm free of lower back pain. Last week, while weeding, I strained my back, and it was one of the most excruciatingly painful strains I've ever experienced: I couldn't bend or turn my body more than a few degrees, was in constant pain, wasn't sleeping well, and so on, despite using pain creams and hot packs to no avail until I received this brace. My discomfort was almost immediately alleviated. Since then, I haven't used any pain relievers or hot packs. Thank you so much. I'm back to my active lifestyle, but before I start gardening or any other strenuous activity, I make sure I have this on and that I'm in good health.
With a particularly bad sneeze, I threw my SI joint out of alignment. I was in a lot of discomfort. It was all a chore to sit down, stand up, and even bend slightly at the waist. I decided to try an SI belt after doing some research, and boy am I glad I did. This resulted in an almost-perfect match. relief right away It's fully adjustable, so it can accommodate a wide range of body sizes. br>br> It doesn't move around and isn't too bulky. I actually wore it to work over leggings and a long tunic-style shirt with a cardigan. It was neither hot nor constricting for me. It gave me a sense of security. Make sure it's worn low, around your hips rather than your waist.
Velcro is extremely durable and will not come undone (even with my rolls!). O I'm very pleased with my purchase, and I'm hoping it will last longer than the other sciatic belts I've had. I have herniated discs in the L4, L5, and S1 areas, so standing and sitting are the worst, and I have grandchildren, so I have to wear it all the time, but it helps alleviate and prevent the majority of the pain in my back and legs:.
The belt is well-fitting under my clothes, which I appreciate. I keep the belt on all day at work; Walking and bending are a big part of my job. The problem I'm having with this belt is that the edges have curled up. I tried turning the belt the other way in the hopes of straightening it out, but it has now curled on both edges. I don't believe it is performing as well as it should be following the curling. This product's quality is not something I would recommend. Please let me know if you come across a better product. For my hip dysplasia, I looked at a lot of braces online and this one seemed to be the best; it's thinner than most and has a lot of adjustable Velcro tabs; I'm very happy with it! I'm wearing it right now while cleaning the house.
I had no trouble standing or sitting for long periods of time while wearing this, and it also reduces or eliminates pain almost immediately after you put it on. br>The adjustable bands are super easy to use and can be made as tight as you want; however, wrapping it tightly around my hips mooshes all the blubber upward! Not sure how to fix that in the product, though!.
I don't have any pain when I wear this before going to work, and I can work for the entire day. Now I'm convinced!.
This brace is one of my favorites because it is hidden under my clothes and provides enough support for me to feel comfortable swinging a golf club. Now, I'm not saying I don't get hurt after a round of golf, but the fact that I can still play is enough for me.
