That's correct.
It would, I'm sure, but not for your privates. Because this faja is tight, the hole is too low and will most likely squish your goods! Man fajas have been seen, and this brand sells them as well. Definitely look them up!
I'd go for a large with the measurements you provided. My waist is 28 inches and my hips are 39 inches, so I ordered a medium. If you have a 33-inch waist and 39-inch hips, I recommend a medium; it will be snug but manageable.
There are no seams and it is completely smooth.

Not only did the package fail to arrive on time, but it also contained a stretched-out used garment with dry blood stains and snagged threads. I was disgusted to the point of rage. Make a thorough examination of the item you've purchased.
Soft and flexible, but firm enough to hold me in place without being too confining. I'm almost two weeks post-op and I'm still in love with my stage one compression garment. A t-shirt is what I'm wearing right now. I wore a shirt underneath to avoid lines and indentations on my skin caused by the garment. Because this item has a lot of stretch, I'll order a medium next time instead of the xl I'm wearing. My height is 5'9" and my weight is 215 pounds. It is extremely comfortable to wear throughout the day and night.
LOVE IT! I was swollen after surgery, and the girdle I was given at the doctor's office was a wrap with boning that actually hurt me. I chose this one after doing some research and reading reviews, and I'm so glad I did. Other girdles claim to be "breathable," but their fabric is meshy and hard on wounds, whereas this one is SOFT. On my swollen, tender post-surgery skin, this fabric feels great. It does not have the usual seams on the sides, which is a huge plus, and it is extremely comfortable. I wanted it to be tight, so I went with the XS recommendation. I could have gotten away with a small, but the stretchy fabric made it difficult to close. However, I like that I'll be able to keep using it as the swelling subsides. I'm 5'3" tall, and my leg ends just above my knee, which is ideal because it hides a mid-leg cut in leggings or skinny jeans. It arrived in three days, which was a lot faster than I had anticipated. My only gripe is with the straps; they're adjustable (with a bra-like feature that's great for tall people), but the adjustable thing irritates the area next to my arm pit. I'm not particularly tall, and I'm wearing the straps at their widest setting, so I believe that part is incorrect. The straps should not be adjustable, and they should be made of the same soft fabric as the rest of the garment. I also wish the crotch was a little higher; it's a little low and irritates me when I sit down. However, I don't believe you'll find a better girdle than this for Amazon and the United States. I went to a local store and purchased a different brand that I cannot stand (at least for the time being); it was more expensive and had seams on the sides, and the "breathable" fabric did not feel good against my sensitive skin.
Otherwise, it's a great compression garment. My first purchase, a size L, fit perfectly and provided excellent anti-bacterial protection. Compression of swelling and coverage of the entire back. br>However, be cautious! There is an odd difference in size between the two. br>In the months since my "bubble butt" lipo surgery, I've lost weight to the point where my size L is too big and no longer provides the necessary compression. br>So, of course, I ordered a medium in the same design. br> No, no, no, and no, no, no, and no, no, no br> Even after several wears, the medium is still too tight, and the edging stitches are unraveling. Simply put, the space is insufficient. br>The torso is long enough, but the back is so short in length and width that it makes my back and underarm skin look fatty. I have the appearance of smuggling piglets. It's not in style. br>Because the straps are so short, the clasp cuts into them and hurts too much to bear without a guard. (I used a tissue wrapped around the clasp a few times. ) )br>With a heavy heart, I'm returning these two size medium compression garments and embarking on a search for another brand of compression garment because the quality and seamless styling that Marena provides is extremely difficult to find.
It was extremely comfortable, and getting on and off was a breeze. Don't be fooled by "Columbian" clothing; it always runs small and is extremely expensive. This is a reasonable price, and once you're on, you won't feel like you're competing in a trialathon!.
However, it is a fantastic garment. I got a size smaller and it's perfect for tummy tucks and liposuction. Because the adjustable straps rubbed against my armpits, I had to wrap material around the plastic as it rubbed. I'm 5'6" and weigh 170 pounds, and I'm satisfied with my purchase.
Fajas, or shapewear, typically come in very small sizes. However, this one runs large; it could be because the material is so stretchy that it gives the impression of being larger. I bought it to wear after a tummy tuck and liposuction, so it needs to be firm and tight but not too tight. I'm 5'7" and 180 pounds, so I ordered a large based on the size chart, but I'm returning it for a medium so that I can get good firm support. It feels very soft and breathable, though, so I'm happy with that and the quality; just order one size smaller so you get your money's worth if you're using it after a procedure.
I purchased two of these beige Marena compression garments and have been wearing them since my 360 liposuction surgery. This is the best brand, and the price is reasonable.
