Could I wear this all day, even if I'm not going to the gym?

It proved difficult for me to put this item on so I returned it. My height is 5'10, my weight is 165 pounds, and I have a double D eye. Rather than buying the sweet sweat, I decided to buy the sweet sweat. It is comfy and you can wear it The treadmill allows me to get through a great deal of sweat.

It's definitely making me sweat when I'm using the Copper Slim! As you have to step into it or pull it down over your head to wear it, it does feel a bit awkward at first, but once you get used to it, it is quite comfortable. Besides being comfortable, the mattress is also flexible, allowing for a range of movement, creating a more comfortable sitting position (not bunching or pinching). Wearing this when working out is definitely on my to-do list.

As soon as I got this belt it fitted me very tightly I wear it when I run on the treadmill or outside and I am amazed by how much sweat accumulates. It has been about three months or four months so I am now wearing it while running. My shirts that I thought I would never wear again are now loose around my waist again thanks to this belt and I also purchased the cream, I highly recommend it and my shirts are now loose around my rib cage again after wearing this for a few months, very pleased to have bought it.
