Well, I'm 5'9" and gained about 220 pounds during my pregnancy, which lasted 40 weeks, so I ordered one size and it fit perfectly. I didn't have to adjust the straps on two of the belts because they were adjustable.
I'm 5'2" and this appears to be too small for me. The waist belt encircles half of my rib cage, which is quite inconvenient.

It definitely helped; it wasn't as strong as a waist trainer, but I imagine that would be too harsh on your organs after delivery.
It was well worth the money. Omggggg. Girl. Yes. 5 stars! At 174 pounds, I arrived at the hospital on time for my due date. The next day at the hospital, I gave birth and slapped this on. On the third day, I returned home with Beyonce's look. By the end of the week, I had lost 10 pounds and was weighing 140 pounds. This was extremely beneficial in reassembling everything. You'll feel great if you wear it every day for as long as you can. To alleviate post-baby bloat, drink plenty of water. đź‘Ť.
It has three belts and provides excellent support. Wear it alone for the lightest support or wear it all together for the most support. In order to sit and move around comfortably, I usually wear two belts. When I first started exercising again after giving birth, these were extremely helpful. My doctor gave me the okay, but my abdominals were so weak and my belly skin was so floppy that I needed something to hold it all together. I also like to wear the belts to bed to flatten my stomach when I wake up. From belly bands to corsets, I've experimented with a variety of products. These were my favorites because they provided a good balance of effectiveness and comfort; of course, no compression garment is truly comfortable, but I can live with that.
With my first pregnancy, as seen on the left, I didn't use it. I used it after having surrogate twins, and I'm significantly smaller and more put-together as a result of using it. I only wear it about 50% of the time because I didn’t follow the instructions and instead I just started wearing all three parts one day after vaginal delivery. My only gripe is that they wiggle a little when I sit or bend over. It's not much, but it makes an impression on me. I wish the edges had a rubber strip or something to help keep it in place.
It's only been 6 days since the after photo was taken! I wish I had worn it sooner because it provides the necessary support for my stomach. I'll put the other parts on after my incision has healed a bit more. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: This product was fantastic for post-c-section recovery. Now that the baby is three months old, I no longer wear it. Now that I've been cleared by my doctor, I'm solely focused on my diet and workouts. Plus, it's gotten a little big. br>br>I had a before/after photo up that a lot of people seemed to like, but it was stolen and used to promote a completely different product, so I've taken it down.
br>br>Having said that, I've never worn a postpartum belt before, and I'm so glad I did! Before I became pregnant, I don't believe I was this thin. I would strongly advise anyone and everyone to use this service. This is fantastic! It's incredible!.
7, with the addition of a second band in week two), and I intend to add band 3 in the coming weeks. I don't wear them all the time, but I've tried to wear them when I can, and I believe it's helped me slim down again. br>Everyone is different and reacts differently, but I was back to my old self in no time. By week three and four, I'd lost the baby weight and was back in my old clothes. I believe that wearing these bands played a part in that. br>I also got an exercise waist band (because I didn't want to sweat all over these while walking and exercising), which also helps. br>I'm 5'7" and weigh 170 pounds, with an athletic build. I weighed 206 pounds at the end of my pregnancy, so I ordered the 4XL size (who came up with these sizes in the first place!). ) and they're a perfect match. If you're on the fence about what size to get or if you think it will fit you, I've attached an end-of-pregnancy photo and a recent photo for body comparison. This is something I would strongly suggest.
These bands are fantastic! Prior to delivery, I was 5'2" tall and weighed 193 lbs. Because I am athletically built and my body adjusts quickly, I ordered both sizes in case I didn't know what I would need after delivery. I'm a one-size-fits-all kind of guy. If you wear them the way they're supposed to be worn (belly band 1, for example), they'll look great. The one size worked great after 7 days (waist after 7 days, pelvic after 6 weeks). If the waistband doesn't fit after the first week, don't be concerned. The company did it on purpose because the belly band is large enough for the first week and then shrinks to fit the waist band. The belly band (which fit on day one) and the waist band (which fit on day three) would have been too big for the second week if I had used the plus size (even though it fit when I tried the sizes the day after delivery). I haven't gotten around to putting the pelvic belt on yet. As I previously stated, I adore these, but if you aren't a fan of compression, you will despise them. My sister, who is four months postpartum, despises them because she doesn't like compression and has never liked it. I hope this information is useful.
