I have a herniated disc in my lower back, and this stretching has helped it so far. It helps to relieve the tension I experience when I first wake up. It has a slight learning curve or, to put it another way, it takes some getting used to. My doctor has given me permission to use this, so I felt confident in doing so. Every day, I attempt to stretch for a few minutes. I'd also like to point out that I'm a plus-size woman, and this is still holding up.
I wanted to ask the community a question, but it appears that I am unable to do so because I have already purchased this product. br>br>How do I figure out which way to turn the back lever to make it higher? When laying in it, does the rectangle area on one end of the front go towards the head or the other end? br>br>I've tried to turn it in one direction as much as possible. When that didn't work, I took a different route. I've gotten nowhere yet again. br>br>If the company wants to attract more stars, it must improve its instructions.
I've been using it every morning and throughout the day to relieve the stress that comes with sitting at a desk all day. It's also fantastic that the arch can be adjusted. Because I'm a small person, I don't require a lot of arch to achieve a good stretch. It takes a little getting used to before you can truly relax and let it do its job, but it does help with pain and stiffness. If I'm having a particularly painful day at my desk, I'll use it as a lumbar support. I'd suggest it.
Every day, I spend the majority of my time at a desk. I liked being able to strap it to my chair, stretch my back, and keep working. I will say that this product does exactly what it claims to do: it stretches your back and allows you to adjust the level of stretch. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I believe you can achieve the same results without using this product and any other household item: Any curved surface, such as a foam roller, the side of a coach, a ball, or anything else. I'm just a general who bends your back into an arch. There isn't much of a focus here. As someone who suffers from back pain, I don't believe my condition has improved.
Initially, I had my doubts about this product. When I saw the item in person and realized how small it was, I couldn't imagine being able to actually feel the results. It's easy to be fooled by first appearances. This product is fantastic; it's light, adaptable to all body types, and provides me with the deep stretch I need. We have a lot of athletes in our house, and they all use it almost every day to help them recover from their workouts.
