A soldier is injured while serving in the Army. As soon as you do it once, you are more likely to repeat the error. I coughed so much from having the flu and having the flu again that I did it again. It did not help me to try Ace bandages and a weight lifting belt with Velcro. It made the pain much worse with the weight lifting belt. My pain has been as minimized as possible since this brace came in. Depending on the extent of the injury, it has taken between 9 and 12 months to heal the first time. After two months of using this brace on and off, I'm almost pain free after breaking two ribs on that first one too, and it took me four months to recover. It is not something that I and you should keep on all the time. It is my recommendation to put cartilage on for two hours, then take it off for an hour. Before, I was able to go to a doctor and get the ones that cost hundreds of dollars thanks to my health insurance. It didn't matter what kind of product was used, I just wanted to try something that would save the taxpayers hundreds of dollars and not incur the trip to the VA. One plus is the Velcro has lasted for a long time on this one. While it has a little fraying around the edges, the holding power and integrity of the product have not been affected in any way. I would buy this again if I needed to in the future. However, since I am not using it much anymore, I am sure this one will still be around if this occurs.

What a genius! In order to use this item, I ordered it on sale It is used as a label. My pain has been greatly reduced by compression after I just had a bilateral mastectomy. It wasn't enough for me to use a surgical compression bra to provide adequate compression, we therefore had to use an Ace Bandage, which I could not put on myself and had to ask someone for assistance to put on. It sits comfortably on my chest and I'm able to wrap my chest independently. The material is soft, and comfortable. It was great to be part of this project and have a chance to showcase Oh, haha.

I could not lay down or get up. Relaxers and Ibuprofen did not have much of an effect. Thus, took the risk on this and it literally has given me some normalcy back in my life. So far I have not had to take any medication since I purchased.

I am impressed by the quality of this brace. I feel that the Velcro is a bit too strong in this case. As a result of my cracked ribs I can adjust the tightness to a perfect level. As soon as you take it, the pain has significantly decreased. I found this brace to be just what I needed, and if you have an injury involving your ribs you will find this brace very useful.

Probably two inches wider than mine, or at least that much. It is elastic and retains its shape, however, I ordered this unit specifically for a wide belt as shown in the picture due to injury to several ribs and I needed full support, only to find that it did not match It ended up being necessary to supplement this with some other old ace bandages we had in reserve.

I love this product. All but four of the twelve ribcages were broken in three places or more, resulting in “floater ribs” that are too painful to describe in words, let alone describe with words. It hasn't been possible to relieve the pain with three intercostal nerve blocks. As someone who has worn this brace for just two days, not consecutively, I can honestly say that my pain level has decreased from an easy 13 out of 10 to a 4. If you decide to try it, I would recommend speaking with a physician and not a nurse. My doctor said that he saw no issue with it if it helped in any way.

The purpose of this purchase is to use it as support for my ribs while I sit at the computer. I was looking for something between a stiff back brace and an Ace bandage. The bandage would not provide as much support as this. Closure with hook-and-loop is extremely secure - it cannot be opened when in use. The nail was so hard to remove, I almost broke two nails. I thought all in all that this was a good product, but I didn't know how to use it off-line Label, please.

In order to relieve my pain and support my broken ribs, I sought out a supportive product. I really liked how this worked! The purchase I made was such a good decision. My recovery across the board has been made more comfortable due to these remedies. I truly believe they have helped me heal faster. A thing to keep in mind with broken ribs is to make sure you inhale and exhale frequently. It would have been appropriate to also provide you with a spirometer during the treatment process. It is possible to wrap improperly, causing the body to not fully exhale or inhale. However, some experts recommend it for safety. I personally feel that the wrap helped me during this process because it prevented me from feeling like my chest was going to explode when taking Please note that I am 5'-4" tall and I have curly hair My brace fit me very well. I am 11" tall, 215 pounds, and have a chest of 46". There is a lot of value for the price I recommend it to anyone who is suffering from bruised, broken, or fractured ribs. I just have one last point to make. My 41 years on this planet have been marked by more painful injuries than any other! I have broken two ribs and it is the most painful one.
