This was my first time ordering a larger size. If you order it too small, you may end up feeling uncomfortable. If you order it too large, you may find it uncomfortable if it's too tight. The binder is made to be totally adjustable so that if it gets too big, it can easily be extended a little farther. I just wanted to share my thoughts.
Measure the circumference around the widest part of your body where you plan to wear the binder with a soft, flexible tape measure. Quality is pretty decent but it is not one of the biggest brands. If you want a big brand at an affordable price, I recommend It was a good deal. There's no doubt that it's much better in quality, and now it's on sale

This was just delivered to me Despite being a plus-size woman, I did not purchase this item in order to conceal This is my second purchase of this bra. I bought it solely to wear under tube tops, off the shoulder tops etc. Strapless bras in my size do not give me the support I need. My first attempt at using this underneath a tube top turned out to be a successful one. It holds things in place without squashing them down. It might be a good idea for you if you have never considered it before. I love how well it works.
My experience with abdominal binders has been that they all roll when I stand from sitting. As a result, wearing a binder during the day has become very difficult since I have to pull and pull in order to straighten it every time I change positions. I will not purchase a binder until this one is purchased.
