Pains lower backs and necks

Despite my injury being extremely painful, I was sent to the neck and back surgery a lot quicker than expected, resulting in faster healing of a pinched nerve (approximately 3 weeks after surgery at c3. c4). In my first test with the neck stretcher, I let my head drop back a little and felt ok. A good back stretcher for long journeys

The heavy set set I ordered came up short, as it claimed it could handle much weight but did not support that much weight. Nonetheless, this problem was easily overcome by inserting an older shirt between the stretcher and the base. It is only my level 2 so I am now doing this daily. However, I have not tried Level 3, however I have found at level 2 that it is more than enough to give me what I need for this level. After using and training for Level 2, I have experienced significant improvement.

Despite owning my own business, I often feel like I have a lot to do when ordering supplies and supplies. I have had some lower back pain as a result. was hoping this would possibly ease some of the pain that had been caused by the flight. It took me a little while to figure it out, but once I understood, I was able to use it within minutes. Since I started off easily, I've moved up the scale from the low point.
