In the lower part of my back, where the fluid sits, this piece does an excellent job of compressing it. Larger backboards have made it much easier and safer to ride. The larger boards have made it uncomfortable and unsafe to ride. There is no doubt that this piece will provide the proper level of back support for anyone who needs it.
