The only flaw I have with this one is that I wish it were a little more durable. And when I say sturdy, I don't mean stiff. It's held up to multiple wears and washes so far after being worn for a while. I was suffering from lower back pain, which this has significantly reduced.

Back pain is never fun, but this brace helps to relieve some of the discomfort

Over the years, I've tried a few different back braces, and this one is the most comfortable and effective. With the hard piece in the back and double elastic bands, this design provides tension and support. The velcro is quite strong, and if it comes into contact with the elastic, it will cling to it. The only drawbacks are that there isn't much adjustability. It's made of a soft, breathable material. This brace is ideal for people who have mild to moderate back pain or simply want a little more support.

Sizing is not accurate

I'm a 30-inch waisted male. br>When I first got the brace, I couldn't even connect the two ends around my stomach. br>I then bought a medium, which had barely overlapped the ends. br>Keep this in mind when trying to find the right size. br>The sizing description for this brace is completely inaccurate.

When I did strenuous activity, the brace kept my muscles from cramping. I could bend over to pick up items from the floor, climb ladders, and so on, and it never shifted side to side; in fact, it was so comfortable that I forgot I was wearing it. It took some time to get it in the right place at first, but I'm very pleased with the results.

It's bigger in the places where it's needed. I've only tried it on over clothes so far, but it appears to be lightweight and comfortable. It's just that I wish it was beige.
