The support I purchased from Amazon has failed to work well for my back The lack of support made me sweat (a bad thing). I got this one and I must say that it works well. There are a lot of reviews that say this is only for working out or supporting your back while doing a task, but I used this while traveling because my back was hurting and I was unable to sit during flights. During a trade show where standing kills my back, I wore it on my flight and during the event. The support I needed was provided to me by him in a wonderful manner. Because this belt is designed in such a way, it allows the back brace to be adjusted in different ways. I have one minor issue to resolve. There had been some "rubbing" from the belt, but it was hard for me to determine what When I flipped the belt over, the part that was rubbing me in the initial position did not repeat the issue when the belt was flipped over. This is an update for 1/20/2019 This was my second purchase after I 1) used the stuffing through the first one and 2) lost weight so I had to get the smaller size. There's something that continues to nag at you. If this happens to me, I usually go to my chiropractor and have one or two adjustments to cure the condition. The muscle pull this time is completely different, as if it was only part of my back that hurts. The pain is so severe, that I can barely take a step without stuttering. My first attempt at Lidocaine patches was a failure. I was experiencing spasms during the first hour of wearing this brace the pain went away after the first hour. In nine hours at work, I was able to control the pain and spasms with it. In about 15 minutes after I took it off to go to bed, the spasms had returned, but were not as intense as before. At the moment, I do not feel any pain or spasms as I wear it at work for the second time in two days. The system does indeed.
