It wasn't until a couple weeks ago that I discovered this device thanks to an ad on Instagram that I decided to give it a shot. It was such a good decision! According to the ad, you should spend about five minutes a day stretching on it, but I use it for about 30 seconds each in three different positions up and down my spine. 2 days before receiving this back stretcher, I aggravated my lower back by walking on it and I cannot hardly walk due to the nerve-wracking pain. There is nothing that can be done about my 2 lower discs. It feels so good to lay down on it after laying on it for the first 10 minutes. I could feel my pain gradually going away. The stretch helps me relax and relieves tension at the same time. The only setting that helps my wife with her sciatica is the beginner setting. This is a very lightweight item. Once you use it, it's actually quite good. At first, it seems cheap but once you use it, it's actually quite great.

The work I do keeps me on my feet most of the time, which puts a lot of strain on my lower back (in the bra line On my way to lay on the back stretcher, I heard my spine settle back into place as if it were returning to the original position. As soon as the pressure had been released, relief was felt immediately. Only on Level 1 have I used this stretcher. In order for my back muscles to relax, I had to take many slow, deep "yoga breaths" throughout the session. I love the fact that it folds flat and can easily be transported so I can take it wherever I go. I know the pain and stress of initial use will eventually fade away and I can continue using it on Level 2 etc. You should try this product if you have tight, sore muscles in your Stay strong and wait for the time to pass.
