Several braces helped me with my back pain, but this one is the best. I like the way it stays put, and it works well.
There seems to be some success with this lower back brace As well as providing additional support, it also helps me to keep my posture straight. Since the velcro is so strong, you won't have to worry about it coming apart. What are the reasons for not giving There is a velvet storage bag, made of cheap material that is not so pleasant to touch, sheds, and doesn't seem to be well-constructed As soon as I saw it, I tossed it.
It is a posture girdle that can help me correct my posture whether at work or in the gym since it is very comfortable to wear. A pad support is attached to the back of the girdle and can be removed whenever you like. It has good looks and is made of breathable fabric that is very well sewn. I liked the quality of the fabric that is very breathable and breathes well. The size is definitely large, apparently I am usually a size M, and it ran a bit larger than usual.
The back brace appears well-made, and I feel it supports my back well. The velcro feels strong, and I had to work a little bit to pull it apart, so I do not think it will fall The elastics can be stretched to give more support in a brace. However, without stretching, the brace is still wearable as it To order the correct size, I took the measurements and technically fall on the upper end of a small and the lower end of a As it turns out, I think it is an excellent choice to go with the small. There is still a lot of room to play with and I think the medium would have been too big for me and I'd be confined to the space There is excess material on the bulky surface. The snow storm we had here last week caused my back to hurt from shoveling, which is not usual for me. Getting this will help me to avoid injury next time I need to shovel snow (which I hope does not happen again soon), so I'll have more support to force myself not to fall out of the snow anymore. A note that I liked about this back brace was that it came with a purple crushed velour drawstring bag. One reviewer mentioned the material shedding or feeling cheap. For me, neither of these was an issue. In that sense (there are different types and thicknesses of velour fabric), the fabric should feel. There was also a small plastic bag in which the whole item was enclosed.
