The belt appears to be of good quality, but the sizing is not correct. The medium was too small for my boyfriend, who stands at 5'8" and weighs perhaps 160 pounds. Approximately 200 lbs is the starting weight for the second size.
I have used this for my lower back pain because of the pocket for an ice pack. A soft Velcro belt keeps the ice pack in place and gives good support.
