My previous purchase of a conditioner for butcher blocks has been discontinued. Since then, I only shop for As the oil absorbs into the counter, it penetrates deeper. I liked the texture of the conditioner and that it didn't absorb too much into the counter top.
Similarly, wood cutting boards, as well as "butcher block" cutting boards, can be treated with cutting board oil. It might be better to use a furniture wax for your butcher block thing if you are using it as a desktop, but you need to ensure it will never be used

The kitchen counter tops are made of butcher block. This is the only product we have used since putting the roof on 5 years ago (no wax or sealant). I have been doing this every few months since then. I find it fascinating! It has been our home for a long time, where we have spilled red wine and coffee, cut fruits, and hosted parties all on the counter top. We have studied the butcher block and found a very nice aging and darkening, but we have yet to see any obvious stains. There is no need to worry about red wine staining your clothes. The butcher block miter box is a must-have if you have a butcher block.
I used this oil on a brand new wood cutting board made of higher quality wood. I applied the oil smoothly and it went on clear, it was easily absorbed by the wood, and I found that the wood looked better after I oiled it. According to the instructions, I applied several coats of oil over the course of a few days, letting each coat penetrate the wood fully. I only used a small amount of oil considering that I applied several coats. Taking a little and going a long way is a good idea. I don't need an after-party No odor at all is present.
I have been using their products All of their products have been reliable for me, and I have never experienced any problems with them. Every one of my chopping boards turns out beautifully with this. Since it doesn't have a scent, there is no reason for you to worry about it going.
With my own bottle of treatment, I used my own cutting boards to treat them all three or four times before wrapping them and giving them away, so I made 7 cutting boards for Christmas and gave one with each board. One thing you should remember is that once your board has been coated a few times, you only need a bit, but the first time or two they are thirsty and eat It imparts incredible colors to the wood when it is coated with this oil.
Several years ago, I discovered this product and I've been using it ever since. It is not only great for wood, but I also use it on my stainless appliances for a streak-free shine Fingerprints are not left on the surface as the surface is fingerprint free. After ordering it a few days earlier, the delivery came a few days later.
It can easily soak in and beautify the surface of a basic chopping block table. In the days to come, I'll keep adding more as it dries, but I love the way it looks and how easy it is to apply. The chapped skin on my arms and hands isn't too bad.
A great product at a great price. Howard butcher block oil is an amazing product. In combination with Howard's conditioner, it lasts quite a long time.
No matter how much I put on, it soaks in nicely and dries quickly. A lack of oil residue exists on the.
