Selected User Reviews For Andrew Pearce Premium Walnut Wood Oil Bowl Conditioner 8oz - Wooden Bowl and Cutting Board Oil

So far, it's been pretty amazing! It was received a couple of months ago, and so far have used it on only the following items * * *Oak- Spatula made of stainless steel with a handle Almost all of the finish on the handle was missing over the decades, and other than a few small spots, it looked The oil not only has a subtle sheen, but it also turns a nice light brown with an attractive dark-brown contrast after just one application Granules with a brown color
4/5

New! Looks like a brand new product. * * *Oak- The wire whisk is handled by a handle There must be about fifty years left on this. In the same way as the spatula, the handle also looked a little The new coat is dark brown and has a subtle sheen after one application. As much as the spatula gets used, this has the potential to be required again in the near future as well. * * *Oak- The following pastry cutter has a wire handle A finish appears never to have been applied to this handle Pine that had been sanded smooth looked like that. In the end, it is still the color of raw pine (maybe a bit darker than before), but it now appears protected. I seriously doubt that the juice would stain it in the case of spilling, for example, cherry pie filling. The step-up is made of wood Steps for you Over the last 40 years or so, this piece has seen heavy wear, and most of the finish on the top had worn away. As a result of a thorough review- My towel was damp, so I wiped it over with it and let it dry over night before applying the A certain way of catching the light makes it obvious which parts still have varnish and which do not, but the color is now evenly distributed. The legs hadn't been done before because they still looked pretty good, but now they look a little scruffy compared to the top, so I'll probably do them as well. However, you should keep in mind that this product is actually made to protect wood that gets in contact with food, such as cutting boards, wooden spoons, or plates and bowls. It isn't the best choice for furniture or floors, since they tend to Although there are other products that hold up better to wear, they often contain latex and other non-organic ingredients The food industry It is not necessary to use oils in the kitchen around cutting boards and utensils, such as tung oil. As a matter of fact, this stuff won't make pine look like walnut, but it will help almost any worn wood to look like new again. I would like to suggest one thing In the directions, it is indicated to apply the oil with a soft cloth however, I believe this is wasteful (because a lot of oil would remain in the cloth) and dangerous (because "dry" oils such as this can ignite spontaneously). In retrospect, you might be better off using a cloth if you are redoing a wood countertop. But make sure you know and follow the safety precautions before doing so. When I was applying the oil to the items above, I dipped a chopstick in the oil, let it drip onto the item, and spread it around with one or more fingers (which I then thoroughly washed). Moreover, I have learned that I should thoroughly clean my worksurface with lots of soap after I finish, in order to avoid the creation of extra-dirt There are shiny spots on Corian? (Do you believe it?.

This oil was purchased for use on a beautiful wooden bowl that had been given to our family, I wanted to make sure it was properly cared for. We are sure we will have the bowl for decades to come, since I have used it with great results. I have a) I like how both of them look and feel. A little goes a long way. I also used it on a cutting board. I love this!.

Wooden salad bowls work best with this cleaner
5/5

The finish the oil left on my salad bowl of fifteen years and older was particularly pleasing. There were fifteen years left in its future, according to its appearance.

Wood that is tired and old can be easily refreshed
4/5

It is easy for wood to be bleached in Florida because of the sun. This product is used to refresh the wood, and then it looks great. Here are some pictures of our mail box before and after it was painted. In addition, we've used it in many other places and it's always been very good.

Wood is beautiful because of its natural characteristics
5/5

I found the application to be very straightforward. An excellent way to show the true colors of the wood and finish quality pieces. I used it on a large live-edge walnut piece and was totally satisfied with the results.
