The Nicoderm CQ patches are fine I bought them in hopes of saving a few bucks over the Nicoderm brand patches since they are about 25% cheaper. That being said, let me say this. . This is not even close to the quality of Nicoderm. It is much more uncomfortable to wear the patches themselves because they are thicker and louder. In the end, it's just a matter of personal preference. It wasn't even that they wouldn't stick, it was that they would not stick Not even 2 hours after placing it on my shoulder, it fell off under my shirt. This isn't something that I experienced with Nicoderm patches, instead these were returned and replaced with a brand that I trust instead, even though the patches cost me over $60 more.
