This is not a tan patch, but rather flesh-colored skin. As a result, they adhere much better to the skin than My experience with these patches is they are far superior to name brand patches, and at a fraction of the cost.
As a result of the 21mg patches being a bit too strong, I cut them- The 14mg was doing better than the 21mg but I couldn't return it since I had already taken Nothing gooey inside, I cut about 1/3 off with a knife, and I put a piece of tape on the cut edge. Good
The top of the patch box was torn off due to my failure to pay attention. I just looked at the box, and I could not locate an expiration date. It's only natural to assume that since the patches are in an envelope, unopened, they should last for about a year. It is my hope that this helps.

Everything has been as described in the description, I just started using it a few days ago. This would be more effective if it were a little stickier. I purchased tape so it has staying power for the full 24 hours. I may buy more should I have trouble quitting for the second or third time.

Several years ago, before Nicoderm switched to clear ones, I used them and they were fine. Just put them in a place you will not see them, preferably under clothing. As for being embarrassed by trying to stop smoking, it is not a big deal. I give this a 5 out of 5.

They are extremely inconsistent in their pharmaculture, some days there is a good steady dose while others there is no discernible nicotene delivery, yet other days the patch chemically burns off your skin. In addition to all that, they don't even stick or stay in place. Although they provide a very good price, they were designed specifically for clinics who profit from the failure of the products they can bill for at an exorbitant price.

I have tried many times to quit smoking, but can't seem to do it. I quit with these and a vape 5 months ago. You will not be able to successfully quit smoking with this product if you are not READY to quit. You want to quit but are unsure of how you feel about it, and what your mindset is like. You can still use these patches if you really want to kick the habit and are disciplined enough.
