When the patches come off, are they easy to remove?

It was only when I got a massage that they fell off of me. While exercising and going about daily chores, they remained on. Easily came off in the shower, which is what I do when changing my socks. Using this brand and a milder mode of smoking cessation, and not cold turkey, has made it much easier for me to quit.

Patches like Nicoderm CQ are one of my favorite things. Sometimes I feel a headache coming on). For this reason, I am willing to purchase them even though they are more expensive than generics (plus, I can get them from Amazon at a reasonable price).
