In my opinion, I don't think there are other reviews, but I'll throw my 2 cents in. It has been nearly two decades since I started on CPAP therapy, and I am now on my third machine a ResMed S-200 That's why I love this version of SoCLean 2. For the past two years, I have been using a SoClean 2 CPAP cleaner. That's what I like. There are probably some people who don't like the smell of the ozone used in the process of sterilizing the mask, hose and water tank, but I actually enjoy the scent. In the past I just took my mask out of the cleaner and cleaned it by hand with Ivory liquid hand soap, I always have on hand. If you clean the whole headgear and mask set up in the cleaner, I find the mask deteriorates more quickly than Yellowish masks, which need to be replaced, can be detected by looking at the sizing. There are days when I use the SoClean 2 every day, but there are more days when I don't We do it 3 times a week, and that seems to be fine. The knowledge that bacteria, mold, and viruses are killed by ozone is definitely good to know. It is expected that this machine, combined with regular cleaning of the tank and mask, shall allow you to relax during An important thing to remember is to breathe I think it's pretty important too to breathe clean air.
As I mentioned earlier, the SoClean pushes the ozone into the water initially to start the disinfectant's circulation. It would take me a few days to detect that the reservoir needed cleaning without the device. On a weekly basis, I clean it out.
You should change the cartridge every six (6) months according to Soclean. A corresponding result will also be displayed by the machine. We will send an order notification when it is time to buy new cartridges

Those who are not going to pay for the off-brand products will be forced to buy them.
I use this for my SoClean unit, and it works well. It is easy to replace, and instructions are provided. I think this is an Amazon issue since prices are set by manufacturers and not by Amazon. I don't mind paying $30 per filter, but I don't like paying $30.
It's been years since I bought SoClean filters and I always keep up with them. I would recommend it to others. I cleaned this unit without noticing a scent of ozone afterward. There is no sanitizing of the equipment, in my opinion. It is important to be careful about the person you purchase Buying cheaper does not always mean that you are getting better value. As soon as I replace the filter, I will turn on the machine.
In the words of a previous purchaser, I have used a so clean machine for years, and this does not appear to be a legitimate replacement. Though the packaging seemed authentic, there was no smell after the cleaning process, as In my case, I will not be using the second cartridge I purchased from this company, which I will discard. If this is truly not cleaning the CPAP, it could genuinely make a patient very A unused cartridge would be sent to the FDA if I decide not to purchase the product.
Although I paid a lot more for better quality, my experience was otherwise the same. Despite the fact that the filter seems to be okay, I am not sure if the check valve will stay in place. Whenever the machine runs, one side or another of the check valve blows apart. I have tightened both sides by hand, but that doesn't work as well.
The cleaning machine worked well, but the filter had to be replaced. However, you need to make sure they are from SoClean.
In The Phillips Respironics Corporation's recall of all of their CPAP machines, the foam is found to contain carcinogenic particles that can break down and release them. Though Philips has the primary responsibility for the recall, they noted in it that cleaning systems like SoClean are unapproved and speed up the degradation of If you want to continue to verify this information, you can search for the CPAP recall. It's said that this can cause cancer, and you can verify that information using Google. Furthermore, when the recall notice was issued I returned a newly purchased, unopened filter refill that had just been The company took back the filter but did not refund the money.
