I hope you are having a wonderful day! Unless you intend to travel with the SoClean, you will need to return the original lid to the reservoir when you do not plan to bring it along. As long as you attach the cleaner hose to the CPAP machine, the machine runs properly. If you clean every day or according to whatever schedule you choose, you'll get a clean machine.
As of today, the AirSense 10 can be heard "singing." As you inhale and exhale, the pitch changes. There is a leak in the water chamber gasket that results in this issue. The singing stopped when I was able to tamp down the gasket. have already ordered the "SoClean CPAP Adapter for Resmed Airsense 10" from Amazon since I was able to do this twice.
The following information is for your information An internal hose is the only accessory that comes with this adapter. Neither it nor the hose that connects to your SoClean come with the kit. Now I have to order a separate hose for the SoClean since my previous response was incorrect.

There was a problem with this product. Just before leaving on vacation, I made a change to the tops. It didn't occur to me you had to replace the gasket as well.
