This is a false statement from Robert Capiro. "ResMed AirFit P10 and AirFit P10, both for men and women" is said to be listed. Unfortunately, you did not comprehend what you read. There is NOTHING different about it. There is no difference in color between the seals.

The AirSense 10 head gear is compatible with this product?

The air system I use is a ResMed Airsense 10 model and it works

When holding the pillows up to your nose one at a time, see which one fits the space between your nostrils the best. Try that one first. If you aren't sure of the size, try one, then read for a bit and then try the other one. Verify that the seal has been completed.

The only two sizes in this series are 10 and 15

Designed with OEM quality in mind

Having tried many different kinds of materials, I found that what I got was just as good as any other, had no odor, were nice and pliable and were cheaper than most. I will probably buy again soon since the price appears to change frequently. It doesn't matter whether it's male or female, in my experience they operate in the same manner. In the case of headgear, the color is a different matter.

The item broke a few weeks later

There is a possibility that this is As usual, I replaced this one since the one I had with the machine was fine. I was told I had to replace these intermittently, so I did as I was told. A rigid piece of plastic broke in two places while being washed gently in the sink.

I can't be certain if they are the originals, but it seems like they perform as authentic as well. Is it really all that important? In addition to working, they are also more affordable. It couldn't get any better than that, could it?.
