I use the Wisp mask. My original tubing (where it connects to the mask) broke because of the clips, this now affects the mask as well. I needed a new replacement, so I purchased this. I needed a genuine replacement part and this is it - I have tested it and it works perfectly fine. The new one is about two inches shorter than the original, but it is just In addition, the clip snaps perfectly into place. My friend purchased it for me a few weeks ago for $19 My eyes have been caught by the price reduction it's 12 The irony is not lost on me. I guess it is what it is- Although the price tag is not as bad as the $40 price tag I read about from other commenters, I'm still disappointed. I gave it 4 stars because it's a bit shorter (When I go to bed at night I can tell where it connects to the main tubing - I had to get used to it over the course of the night), and because it went on sale two weeks after my purchase.

There is no leakage in the connection. This is a great feature, where the wisp mask does not come off because the weight of the hose pulls it, so you will have one less thing to handle while wearing it, or any cpap mask for that matter. Seals were intact and the hose was brand new when it was delivered. During the past few nights, I have not encountered any problems with it. Using this hose I have never experienced any pulling or disconnections. It fits great with my giant wisp cushion. you need a hose to replace your wisp mask hose then this one would be a perfect choice as it would perform as expected. If you need a hose for your wisp CPAP mask, this is the one to get.

CPAP tubing is much more fragile than standard It would be nice if they only sold the pivoting mask attachment (to fit into a standard tube) without the smaller Tubes that are not designed for this adapter won't fit Use the tubing that is included if you don't wish to change it.

Using a clip to attach to a mask should be done with caution

It provides flexibility to the cpap hose, and that is a great improvement, but the clip connecting the mask to the device is very fragile, and will break in no time at all. I think the device is okay, but is somewhat expensive.
