Until I realized that this is a different kind of style that covers the nose and nostrils. using this during the night, and it is much more comfortable than my old nasal pillows. I no longer feel itchy or have pain in my nostrils! You're the best.
I've been getting them through my insurance, but after insurance I end up having to pay twice as much. exactly the same and I can purchase them as and when I want rather than waiting for my insurance to tell me it's time for a replacement.
The same company (Philips) redesigned the product. I was not happy with the nose piece, but the design was nice and looks comfortable. The task of finding the suitable position is pretty difficult. It's like trying to put a water trough under your nose and hoping for a tight seal. It just won't While the belt's length is correct and the Velcro straps have been adjusted unsuccessfully, the size is incorrect. After the second hour of sleep, I spend over an hour adjusting the head strap, which I have trouble holding onto my hair because it keeps sliding around. I adjust the nose cushion in the other half of my time. Sleeping in a wind tunnel feels like it's loud enough to wake you up every night. When I finally get it to the right but loud fit and I squish my head into my pillow, I have to readjust it all over This really pisses me off because these things aren't cheap at all. I paid over a hundred buckaroos for this! I had asked for a nasal pillow part for Christmas in the hopes that it would help me sleep better again. Unless the older versions are available, I will search for them. It's at least nice to know that I can sleep well at night. Argh! I hate it when that happens!.
This is the first time I have had to request a replacement, but I have always received a great product. The mask I'm using has been a part of my routine for quite some time. I've ordered several replacements and every time I received a great product. This time there seems to be an issue with the Each time it is used, it continuously whistles. As far as I can tell, I've adjusted the cushion, cleaned it, and everything else I can think of to do so. I have attempted to contact Amazon for a replacement, but I cannot find any way to do that for.
Rather than a replacement piece under the nose (as described), it is actually a replacement nasal cushion. It's a very different story. It has returned.
I am trying out a CPAP mask for the very first time, and I was concerned that it wouldn't seal well with There have been no serious problems with my nose other than a slight irritation on the underside. After using this mask for five nights, I have already noticed an improvement in my skin irritation. Here's the latest We are still using it a year later and we are still very happy with it. It stays pretty clean even though I do not clean it as often as I should.
The dream mask used to be available as a single piece for around $70-80. As a result, I have to buy it in segments, but it is incredibly My first impression is that the material is soft and easy to sleep on, which I think is nice.
So let us begin with comfort. Everything so far seems to be going well. Trying the full Dreamwear mask left me a bit bruised under my nose when I woke up, but it was okay when I went to bed. Upon waking in the morning, I'll see if the nasal-only one worked better. It has been more than ten years since I used a Quattro Mirage full mask. Although it is a great mask, Phillips has gone cheap on the cushions, and they don't hold up. I have purchased the ones from Phillips on Amazon. com. The cushions I am buying cost more than 40 bucks every few months and I am not going to pay that amount. If they were kept clean and thick, the older ones lasted a long time.
Back to the cushion, then. I think the price is fair for the quality. If you would like to know how long they last, let me know. I am pleased with it overall. I have not noticed any leaks so far. A lot of the parts I used for my mask are Another time there was no point to spend hundreds of dollars on a prescription for something you can buy on CPAP websites for X amount of money. This cushion only has one flaw it's hard to wash. There is a whistle on it. An inhuman howl whistle from the bancees. An easy fix can be found for the problem. A manufacturing error caused the exhaust to be too small it is just a smidge Once you keep snipping at it with very small scissors, the edge will be just right.
