I am not sure about what others are saying about the mask, or the longer hose, but this is just the short, swivel hose that is connected to the mask. There is a problem with this swivel tube, it is too small and won't fit into I guess being universal isn't as important as I thought. In addition, there is no option for return even though the item has not Please get in touch with me if the seller is interested.

It is not possible for me to use the product since the photo shows it The picture does not represent the product at all. I would not have ordered the product if that were true! We are very disappointed - I was extremely disappointed in this outcome -- I find this to be disgraceful!.

For example, it says Nuance and Nuance Pro Swivel Tube with Exhalation Port, but I only got an exhalation port, not tubing, and for what I need tubing.

This tube arrives in a box, but only with scotch tape on the box, and not in plastic wrap like it would have been when it was brand There is no way to tell if it has actually been used, but the end of the connection shows signs of use because the end of the cable has scuffed up. The demo could have been a new release, but a demo isn't the same as a new release, so it In any case, if the product is marked as new, it shouldn't be used in any way, which seems kind of obvious, but it is even more important when the product is a medical breathing tube.

You can now move around more easily! It is light in weight and flexible

This set up has a lot of potential! It's a big plus for me that the elbow extends. The tube doesn't get twisted while I move around, it adjusts on its own. I find this tube to be more flexible and a little smaller in diameter compared to my other tube. This product is awesome.
