The headgear has a piece that fits on it. Attachment that secures the N20 to a tripod. All 3 of them are separate purchases. The system is called the N20 Frame. Separating each piece has proved to be more affordable for me.

My review has been revised following some issues with this headgear. I was initially happy with this purchase, but I have now had some issues with this purchase. I felt like I was tightening it up more and more each night only to still experience leaks around my nose's bridge on the slightest movement. Pulling my original headgear out and comparing this to the original that came with my mask set, I found that it is the same name and same color scheme, but this one is quite different and much worse made as the original. It isn't clear to me if Resmed has lowered the quality or if this is a copycat product There's no power. As I know Resmed products are of high quality, I will go with the latter choice. The bottom line is that I am very disappointed with this company and will not buy from them.
If the item is a replica of a Resmed item rather than the original, I cannot determine for sure if the item is a genuine Resmed product. There's a distinct difference in the thickness of the item and its overall feel. In the original product, you'd find foam seams, but in the new product, the seams are exposed. The original product's straps were thicker and more rigid feeling, but in the new one the straps feel thin and flimsy. Although, the product does not deliver the promised performance for the price. You will spend between $30 and $50 on the product. If this item is lower in price, you can buy it for $10-$40 versus the original from your CPAP clinic is acceptable, as long as the quality is acceptable. This item is probably something I will order again in the future.
