We had a fantastic bakery on the corner when I was growing up in an Italian neighborhood in Chicago, and it had all kinds of great tasting rolls, pastries like Cannolis and Tiramisu, and other delicious Italian cookies like Biscotti. There were fewer and fewer Italian bakeries as I moved around the Chicago suburbs over the years. Biscotti cookies, on the other hand, were still available in a few larger supermarkets. br>br>While doing some online shopping, I came across this item (Nonni's value pack with larger cookies, chocolate, and 25 in a value pack) on Amazon and ordered it. br>The Biscotti were fresh and tasty, especially when dunked in coffee, and the delivery time was reasonable. My only quibble, and it's a minor one, is that this larger, longer biscotto frequently breaks in half. If you enjoy chocolate biscotti, this Nonni value pack deal may be of interest to you. br> br> br> br> br> br 5 Stars. Joseph J. As you can see in the picture. There are approximately eight of them. Also, based on what I ordered, I assumed this was chocolate hazelnut, but it is simply plain with a few almonds. As a result, it appears that there is a lot of deceptive advertising out there.
They used to be sold at Costco, and I used to buy two containers every month. At work, I loved having one with my morning coffee. Costo, on the other hand, abruptly stopped selling them (or perhaps Nonni's stopped producing them?). ) and began selling biscotti under the name "Cioccolati. " Except for the chocolate drizzled across the top of the biscotti in the "Dolce" version, they are nearly identical. The flavor, on the other hand, is a complete 180. The "Cioccolati" version has no flavor, whereas the "Dolce" version is divine. br>br>I look for Dolce Cioccolati everywhere I go. It occurred to me not long ago that I should investigate Amazon. Imagine my joy when I came across them! $22. 98 for a 25-piece tub - They cost more than twice as much as the ones I bought at Costco. But I knew that having them back would be well worth it. br>br>When the package arrived, I was ecstatic. Then, when I saw what was inside, I nearly screamed - Cioccolati Cioccolati Cioccolati Cioccolati Cioccolati Cioccolati Cioccolati Cioccolati Cioccolati Ci I'm in such a lousy mood right now. Jupiter's has been o'd for using a photo of a different product than the one you will be ordering and receiving. It's against the law in California to do so. They're delicious and crunchy, just the way I like them. There are, however, two caveats. The first is roughly broken in half of the second is broken in half of the second is broken in% It's not a big deal for me, but it might be for others. The second option is to place an order in the middle of the summer. When the chocolate bottom is brought inside and unpackaged in AC conditions, it tends to melt to the plastic cellophane wrapper and then cool and stick to it, losing a lot of the chocolate.
They used to be available at Costco, but they are no longer available there. They're all stale in this container! I double-checked the expiration date, and it's still valid. But. The product isn't as crunchy as it should be; it's too soft, and the chocolate doesn't taste like chocolate; it's just bad. I'm not going to order them again, and I threw these out because they were so bad. Last time I bought them, I got the ones with caramel and chocolate, which were delicious.
Nonni Biscotti ($10) was something I used to buy. 00), but they are no longer available at Sams. Nonni's Biscotti arrived in the mail today from Amazon. They do not meet the same high standards as Sams'. The version created by Sam was more dense. The Amazon Biscotti were 18 dollars and could be dipped in coffee without falling apart. I've been eating Nonni's Biscotti for over a decade because they're full of air and fall apart when dipped. The Ciocolati, as well as the Hazelnut and Almond flavors, were all delicious. That's a pity; I'm not sure how many more I'll order.
I knew why as soon as I tried it. These biscottis are amazing! Probably one of the best. br>So we decided to buy the whole pack because it was cheaper, but I'm not sure if it was a good or bad idea given how quickly we devoured them! br>Nonnis makes delicious biscotti, and this one from this seller is authentic and delicious. This is something I'm going to keep coming back for!.
On Easter Sunday, I bought this as a continental breakfast. Fruit and muffins seemed to be more popular than packaged foods, so we had plenty to take on a road trip the following day. They ARE delicious, and I'm glad I was able to keep the majority of them for myself and my family; ) If you're putting together a spread, I would highly recommend these for their ease of use, value, and, most importantly, taste!.
