Questions & Answers
The biscuits are marked with a British/European designation of 39 kcal per biscuit on the package. It's the same measurement as on labels in the United States. Only in the United States are "calories" used to represent the same value, despite the fact that they are not technically equivalent. To add to the confusion, the package also states that each pack contains 10 biscuits, implying a total of 390 biscuits. Despite this, the label claims that a single package has 370 "calories." Because the total calorie count is calculated using 100 grams per package, this is the case.
Hmmm, that's a good question. I order by the case and receive 12 packs (each with two strips of biscuits in each plastic "cover").
So far this year, I haven't ordered any, and I haven't checked the price in a long time.

Sunshine raisin biscuits have been on my mind for years. Finally . biscuits that will satisfy your hunger! These are a little more crumbly and dry, but the flavor is still great. Oh my - I'm glad I came across them! br>br>NEW ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - So, where did the currant filling go? The currants in the biscuits appear to have been significantly reduced - Approximately half of what was originally in them - I was extremely dissatisfied with my most recent order, despite the fact that I am a regular customer! Please return to the original recipe and don't try to cut corners with the currants!.
Grawfords Garibaldi Biscuits are my absolute favorite - They're PERFECT for me because they're not too sweet. br> EXCELLENT - I can't say enough good things about this. If you're looking for a sweet treat, look no further. This isn't the right place for you! I enjoy them with my coffee in the morning or tea in the evening. br>I just wish they were less expensive! They are, however, well worth the money - As a result, I put money aside. Purchase in large quantities! I'm so happy I came across them on Amazon. I recall having these a long time ago. I couldn't believe my eyes when I came across them on Amazon.
For the quantity, this is a pretty good deal. The flavor and texture are excellent, if a little "cracker-like. " ier" than the Sunshine raisin biscuit equivalent, which is no longer available (discontinued?). These Garibaldi's are available in case/multi-packs. If you want to save money, you should buy in bulk. Yum!.
They should bring them back, I really hope they do. br>This is as close as I've gotten to replacing them. The biscuit and currants aren't as sweet as the raisins, and I don't think there are as many currants. So far, the most suitable substitute has been found.
I'm a Californian of African ancestry. Garibaldi biscuit was a new term to me. Until I happened to be watching a YouTube music lesson. "He always starts his day with some Garibaldi biscuits," according to a British gentleman. It appeared that they were delicious. So I went online to Amazon and ordered some Crawford Garibaldi Biscuits. I'm here to tell you that they're absolutely delectable. They are extremely popular with my girlfriend, mother, and sisters. And I feel as if I've absorbed a sliver of English culture. They're just right, not too sweet. There will be more in the near future. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of myself eating a biscuit!.
I used to eat these when they were sold by a company in the United States. They were no longer available. I was so surprised and delighted to find them while doing a search on Amazon. They're a good deal for Prime members because they don't charge shipping. br>br> They're easy to make, but they're delicious. For a quick snack, I keep a pack in my car. They're crunchy and chewy, which I like. They aren't overly sweet, either. I had looked them up online as a discontinued item, along with a slew of other items, a long time ago. I found some recipes that I could use to make them. I should return to the location and inform the people where they can obtain them. Did you know they're made with currants, and currant plants used to be illegal in the United States? Until not long ago? Currants that have been dried are not the same as raisins.
As a former Sunshine Raisin Biscuit fan, I was disappointed to see them go out of business so long ago. Crawford's Garibaldi Biscuits are as close to the real thing as you can get. I debated getting these for a long time because I didn't expect them to live up to my memories. I shouldn't have been concerned, and I could have spent more time with them. Definitely worth reordering! br>br>.
I thought we bought way too many of these because they are my husband's favorite, but we will eat them all by ourselves! They're a little dry for me to eat on their own, but they're delicious with a nice cup of tea (or coffee for you heathens!).
