Brentton, how are you? br>Shipping is a one-day process. Three working days are required. Thank you, Aistebr>BisonOfficebr>
I bought a box that had 300 pieces in it.
Every single one of my cookies had been smashed. We're not talking about a few cracks here and there here; we're talking about the whole thing! My cookies were packed in a box with Gatorade bottles, but there was no bubble wrap (or anything else to keep them from breaking). Broken cookies are not an unavoidable occurrence, in my opinion. If Amazon believes this, they should seek advice from companies that sell cookies to grocery stores on how to ship them. I get mine from Walgreens Now, and it's extremely rare that they're not all broken when they arrive from Amazon.
I never looked at the back of the box to see where they came from. That is excellent!

LOL OMFG. I received a box of wrappers with powdered crackers, and not a single cracker survived the shipping experience. Okay, so it's not quite powdered. However, each and every one of them was found to be faulty. This morning in the office, we had a good laugh about it and concluded that this was probably not the best direction for customer snacks.
Delicious, but a tad on the small side. The serving size is 5 cookies, according to the panel on the package. It's nice that they're individually wrapped, but the net weight is still. 6 ounces (2 oz. ) ( 25 g) br>br>This is a picture of a normal female human hand, with a cookie that is the length of a pinky and about three fingers wide, starting with the pinky.
I'm not sure, but all I know is that I did not receive my entire order, and I am extremely disappointed and disgusted! br>I also don't like that I ordered 100 cookies and only got 50, divided into two packages of 25! I'm disappointed because I needed 100 cookies for a party tomorrow. Please replace the 50 extra cookies I ordered and paid for! I gave it one star because I had to put something in there; I have not tasted the cookies because they are for an event tomorrow; however, if I receive a response and receive my other 50 cookies and my money back, I may change my rating.
I'm glad I bought a box to try them out. They came in a box with two sleeved cookies that were individually wrapped; The contents of both sleeves can be emptied into the box, which also serves as a dispenser. I enjoy a good cup of coffee with a caramel/buttery flavored cookie. These cookies aren't just that - they're also delicious. Even coffee made from low-cost instant granules gets an upgrade! Maybe this will give you a better idea of how good they were: on a Tuesday lunchtime, I put one sleeve out in our tea room as a trial, and it was gone by Thursday lunchtime. br>So I'm making a new box for when it's my turn to contribute to the tearoom snacks once more.
In the box, there were only three packs of 25 cookies instead of four. One of the boxes was opened, and one was taken. It was already open. People who work for Amazon are appreciated by me. This, however, is intolerable. I'd rather not have to keep track of everything. But what exactly is it that makes you feel uneasy? Is it possible that someone has opened something that I paid for at random? It was handled flawlessly by Amazon customer service. I'll keep buying them, just in a different container. Please take a look at yours and add them up.
I just got this package, and it's already going to expire the month I got it. Is this a joke? Is it expected that we consume the entire package in a few days? And, to be honest, eating these old cookies isn't much fun, so they're going back to where they came from.
Bought for a birthday present, noticed box looked opened when wrapping, came to find out only 75 of the 100 biscuits were inside, one sleeve had been stolen, and they said "no returns or refunds" and if we wanted it "concealed" we would have had to let them know when ordering?.
These biscuits are fantastic. Unfortunately, Amazon delivered the box in a plastic bag rather than a box, which resulted in the box and many of the cookies being crushed. The packaging is terrible.
