For the blueberry, one serving equals 190 calories. Most bars have a calorie count of around 200 and only five ingredients. Enjoy! One of my favorite establishments is this one.
no idea? I was on a Whole 30 diet at the time. However, they haven't been given permission to do so.
The Larabars I purchased contain no honey or agave. The first ingredient is dates, which are a naturally sweet fruit and provide the sweetness.
Yes, they do exist. It's not a good idea to eat while wearing braces. It's a pity, because they're delectable!

These bars are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THE INGREDIENTS LISTED ON AMAZON ARE NOT CONTAINED IN THE BARS I RECEIVED. For people with food allergies, this can be a major issue. Since General Mills acquired Small Planet Foods and began producing Larabars, the bars have been coated in a slimy substance to prevent them from sticking to the wrapper. It's either oil or glycerin, and the ingredients don't mention it. These are SLIMY BARS WITH A HORRIBLE TASTE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY THEM. This is the most disgusting flavor of Larabar I've ever encountered. The best flavor I've tried thus far is Coconut Cream Pie. CASHEWS, DATES, APPLES, BLUEBERRIES, VANILLA EXTRACT ACTIVE INGREDIENTS = CASHEWS, DATES, APPLES, BLUEBERRIES, VANILLA EXTRACT ACTIVE INGREDIENTS = CASHEWS, DATES, APPLES, BLUEBERRIES, VANILL If I could, I would give ZERO STARS to BLUEBERRY MUFFIN LARABARS.
When you first open the box, you'll notice I noticed that the Best By date was LAST OCTOBER when I looked at the Best By date. I'm extremely disappointed! I almost forgot to mention that the box had an "As Is" sticker on it! WTH!.
I've been ordering these for a while and have them delivered on a regular basis. The Cashew Cookie flavor is also available. I like that they're made entirely of real food and are very simple to make. However, I discovered that some of the cashew cookie bars were moldy when I opened them last week. But, since their "best by" date was four months ago, I decided to give them a pass. Oops. I assumed it was my own fault. br>br>However, I just opened a mold-covered blueberry muffin bar that was only 10 days past its "best by" date. It's worse than any of the other bars that had gone past their expiration date by four months. So now I'm thinking it's a packaging issue, because the wrapper doesn't say "eat before this date," it just says "it's best if eaten by this date. " We take them on hikes or on trips where we know we'll be able to eat something healthy. I no longer believe I can rely on them. Furthermore, it is not a good price if we must discard some (or many) of them. br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative I'm not blaming the seller for sending us out-of-date items because I have other items with later "best by" dates. When I opened newer boxes, I assume the older ones were shuffled back in. My gripe is that most other food on the shelf is still edible 10 days after the "best by" date. Larabar, you've got a problem.
It's the only thing I have set to run on autopilot. We couldn't keep them in the house, so we had to send them on a ship. The shipping has gotten worse over time (crushed boxes and mashed larabars), but this most recent order has been a disaster. They have no resemblance to Blueberry Muffin in flavor. I couldn't even bring myself to finish it, and now I'm sick to my stomach and wishing I had stopped sooner. So, what went wrong? It appears that the wrapper is identical - ingredients are the same However, there is a path. I'm not sure a single blueberry was used in the making of the bar I regret eating half of. I've just turned off the auto-renewal system. ship.
Some of the other reviews on this site are a little strange. I didn't read any of them before purchasing because I'd already tried and enjoyed the blueberry Larabars. br>br>Mine was delivered on time. Yes, I did use packing tape to close my case. That didn't make me think the main box had been opened; it just meant someone wanted to make sure it stayed closed during shipping. Until I read the other reviews, I never considered it could be something nefarious. Seeing the age reviews prompted me to check the box again, despite the fact that I'd already eaten several and enjoyed them all. My box's expiration date is illegible, but the individual bars are all marked November 10, 2019, indicating that if there was anything fishy about the packaging that caused some of the negative reviews, it was most likely corrected or isolated to a single distribution center. I received precisely what I expected. This is not a place for joking around.
Mold was growing on the bars in this box. I will never buy from this company again.
In the United States, sickness and obesity are unheard of; perhaps people would be healthier if they were more aware of what and how much they ate. br>br>These are incredibly tasty, soft, and melt in your mouth. Despite the fact that they contain 17 grams of sugar, they contain no "added sugar. " The sugar in these comes from the natural fruit, which I believe is far healthier and more acceptable to consume than all of the added sugar found in candy, cookies, junk food, and other processed foods. br>br>They have a 9-month expiration code, which is far longer than they will last in my house!.
It has five ingredients, like most Larabars, and I'm always amazed at how they manage to make dates the main ingredient. br>br>With this flavor, there is one caveat: it depends on the weather. When it's extremely hot outside, these don't ship well. like when it's over 80- The temperature is at 85°F. Because the chocolate chips melt, the bars can become a sloppy mess. If this happens, I put them in the fridge for a few minutes and they recover, but they become gritty. I simply stop Subscribing for the time being. I've been saving this flavor for the summer and am looking forward to resuming it; dessert that is both nutritious and tasty.
