It comes out to 4 Weight Watchers Points based on my calculations using the formula below. However, I must correct myself; 15 grams of fat are present. Only 3. 5 g on Saturday Fat with no trans fats, indicating that it is mostly healthy fat.

The almond shell in the Kind bar broke my tooth due to poor customer service. On an almond shell that had been left in the Kind Bar, I broke my tooth. The cost of repairing a full dental crown was more than $2,000. I got in touch with the Kind people (who aren't exactly nice!). ) and they dismissed my complaint with a chuckle. NOT RECOMMENDED DUE TO POOR/NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS WITH WASTE NUT SHELLS IN THE FINAL CONSUMEABLE PRODUCT.
It's no surprise that it's as hard as a rock when you bite into it. I placed my order on October 19th and received bars on October 29th. If you're looking for the Jawbreaker version of Kind bars, don't bother with these.
I've received at least six boxes, if not more. I agree with some of the other product users who say they're as tough as rock. The first two boxes were excellent. That'll be it for kind unless I get another box of hard bars. It's almost as if they'd spent too much time in a hot environment.
I placed an order for: Dark Chocolate Nuts from KIND Bars Gluten-Free, Sea Salt, 1. Bars weighing 4 oz.
- The salt flavor is so strong that it should be called a SALT BAR.
- SALT is mentioned last in the names of these bars, but in large fonts, it should be mentioned first.
- A normal amount of SALT was expected, but a SALT BAR was unexpected.
- I'm not sure if I was assigned to a bad batch. But there's no way the amount of SALT in the bars I got was on purpose.
- I don't like giving low ratings to products unless there's a good reason, but this item is so out of the ordinary that I have no choice but to give it a low rating.

I despise every snack, protein, or granola bar I've ever tried, and I've tried quite a few. They're either too sweet, have an odd flavor, or make my stomach upset. I've tried KIND bars in a variety of flavors and found them to be unappealing. That is, until I was given a sample of one of these dark chocolate nuts and sea salt KIND bars, which I have now consumed four boxes of. br>br>FOUR boxes, to be exact. The flavor is fantastic, the ingredients are all natural, the carbs are low, it doesn't upset my stomach, and it really does satisfy my hunger for several hours.
Enjoy in moderation as it is extremely satisfying and low in glycemic index. If you're pre-diabetic, diabetic, or simply want to keep your sugar intake under control with an all-natural product, this is something you should look into. They don't all have low-sugar options. I also don't think sugar substitutes are a good idea. This one, however, is different. One bar contains 15 grams of relatively healthy fats, 6 grams of protein, 16 grams of carbohydrates, 7 grams of dietary fiber, and only 5 grams of sugar. The amount of sodium in this dish is only 125 milligrams. If you're allergic to nuts, stop reading now. This bar, on the other hand, is delicious, has a low glycemic index, and contains 200 calories. It's gluten-free, non-goopy, and doesn't contain any sugar alcohols. The flavor is incredible, especially for someone who has been able to keep his A1C under control since he was nine years old. 8 to 6. Take it from me when I say that 0 with diet alone and only moderate exercise is a treat. If you're watching your carbs and sugar, limit yourself to one per day.
