Despite a different flavor, I placed the same order as before A pack of 8 counts as one piece. It was disappointing to discover yesterday that the package contained only seven packs.

Would you mind sharing some almond pieces with me? Do you want almond butter or a mixture of the two?

The butter may be the cause. As if you were chewing a thick brownie, these bars are satisfying to chew. When I ate them, I did not crunch any of the foods.

The Larabar bar tastes like a candy bar, but it does not contain any refined sugar, and it only contains dried fruit to sweeten it. I used to eat peanut butter and chocolate bars, but I now know that peanuts exacerbate inflammation.

I think this might be my new favorite. My go-to snack before my runs is a Larabar. I eat one almost every day before my runs. My expectations were not met by this flavor.

Those bars are really tasty, but you can get them for a lot cheaper at the local supermarket

There's something appealing about these bars, which I attribute to their simplicity and understandability of ingredients. In our local grocery store, the price is $1 per bar. Mail order prices are often higher than online prices, which I find hard to understand.
