Although I did not receive a potato salad, the lettuce that I did receive was very fresh!

Without breaking the 1 inch paper seal across the middle of the package, you can literally contaminate it. The corners lift up and then return to their original position with no obvious signs of tampering. I can't believe they don't have a better type of seal for their product in this day and age of pandemics and "ice cream lickers," which makes the "triple washed" argument moot. Perhaps this explains why food spoils quickly, has too much moisture, and so on in customer reviews. Organic girl is no longer a part of my life.
This is a gamble, as are all clamshells of fresh produce purchased on Amazon. It could be delicious and fresh when it arrives. However, it's possible that it'll arrive with a lot of moisture in the container and leaves that are visibly rotting. The value per dollar spent is incredible if you get a good batch, but you might have to get a refund if you don't.
How about a dollar of green per day? Everything has been completed. I'll be placing another order. Thanks.
These greens gave everything a peanut flavor for some reason. I'm not sure where they got them or how they grew them, but they're vile. In my smoothies, I usually use spinach or kale, and they're delicious. However, it's possible that after using these greens, all of my smoothies will taste like they contain peanuts. Gross!.
My husband said the salad tasted like soil after I served it to him. I don't believe him, so I give it a shot. Yes, it did have a soil flavor. Despite the fact that the box stated that it was prewashed, I had washed it. So I'm not sure why it still tastes like soil, even after I washed it again.
This product is usually one of my favorites, and I got it from Whole Foods yesterday. I took it out of the box today and looked through it. All of it is rotten - thrown in the trash I noticed that the freshness date was only two days old - The shopper was completely oblivious to the situation - This should've been on the shelf in the first place.
60% spinach 30% chard and tat soi 2010% arugula, 0% bok choy or mizuna Also, the packaging is oversized, as it only holds 3/4 of the contents. It was probably the missing greens, but it was factory sealed, so no one had tampered with it. Because of the multiple greens, a special order was placed. I wish I'd taken a picture when I first opened it because I had no idea it was almost entirely spinach. The arugula was only used as a garnish on a few occasions.
There isn't even enough for a single salad. Because it costs $4 for 5 oz. , I won't be buying it again. It's absurd.
