it arrived extremely fresh, kept well — crisp, and cooked beautifully (steamed in a Dutch oven). I placed a second order! br>br>Unfortunately, the size of "a bunch" can vary a lot — my most recent bunch was under eight ounces total (my previous "bunches," *after* stem removal, were around ten ounces), and I'm thinking about complaining to customer service about it (-). 1 star). But it's still new!.

Organic Red Chard is a great buy, as are the green and rainbow chards, which have all arrived fresh and healthy so far

Each type contains at least a cup, if not more, when cooked. Even if I don't use it in a recipe, I get two servings of cooked chard.

These were shriveled and battered when they were delivered. They appeared to have been taken from the back of the store's garbage bin. Not up to par in terms of quality.

What a lovely springtime treat, chard! br>Cleaned and rinsed one bunch of chard! Steam for a few minutes in a little butter and water until the stems are tender, then top with a little more butter, salt, pepper, and a splash of vinegar! The most delicious spring dinner you'll ever have!!.
