This is a gamble, as are all clamshells of fresh produce purchased on Amazon. It could be delicious and fresh when it arrives. However, it's possible that it'll arrive with a lot of moisture in the container and leaves that are visibly rotting. The value per dollar spent is incredible if you get a good batch, but you may have to get a refund if you don't. Arugula, on the other hand, is almost never, ever rotten when it arrives, in comparison to other clamshells of produce. It's most likely due to the fact that it's a naturally dry leaf.
The flavor of really fresh baby arugula is similar to that of watercress! br>Arugula that is over a year old has a bitter taste to it! These are a bit of a sour treat! br>Not to mention that they aren't very fresh!.
Unlike other brands (including Whole Foods), they are always fresh. And it's delicious. However, these are frequently unavailable. I'm sure other people noticed as well. So, by writing this review, I risk never being able to obtain them when I require them, but oh well. They are deserving of a five-star rating. Just make sure you don't stop making or selling them!.
The Organic Girl Arugula was way too wet for a while, and it didn't last very long. I wrapped it in paper towels and planned to stop buying it, but the last few times I've bought it, it's been dryer and much nicer; I love arugula, and it's also good for your health. It was another fantastic day today.
This is by far the best arugula I've ever bought; This is my new favorite fresh-packaged greens brand.
Greens of the highest caliber available. It's pricier than the Whole Foods brand, but it's well worth it.
These came in twos for me. They started to wilt almost immediately. I had to get rid of both of them.
I swore off Organic Girl after a bad experience with one of their products a few years ago. I took a chance and failed once more; I'll never do it again. The arugula is peppery, and this dish is as plain as they come. A MASSIVE letdown.
