Questions & Answers
I placed my order through Amazon, and all I had to do was use the search box at the top of the page to find what I needed. The category of Whole Foods is near the bottom of the list. br>When I received this lettuce, it was nearly always brown.
Is there anything in lettuce? Not many.
I'll do my best to answer questions, but I'm behind on most things, don't have much time for other choirs, and my knowledge is limited.
I believe it was grown in organic soil with beneficial microorganisms that aid in the absorption of nutrients, which is a more natural way of growing plants that normally grow in soil rather than swamps, streams, or bodies of water, and it also tastes good.

This is a gamble, as are all clamshells of fresh produce purchased on Amazon. It could be delicious and fresh when it arrives. However, it's possible that it'll arrive with a lot of moisture in the container and leaves that are visibly rotting. If you get a good batch, the value per dollar spent is incredible, but you might have to return it. br>br>It's worth noting that the romaine is consistently much more likely to end up partially rotten than other OrganicGirl products.
washed". What a waste of "pre-" washed! " I had to wash the lettuce every time I ate it because there were so many dead bugs on it. " I'm sorry I don't have a photo, but they were a light brown color with a hint of red. Bugs that are about a milimeter or two long and orange in color. I usually found them resting on the lettuce leaves' stems. So, yes, there was false advertising, but I'll give it a two-star rating because the lettuce was otherwise of good quality.
I was fed up with finding bugs on loose lettuce, so I started buying these, which claim to be triple washed. What a load of nonsense! I purchased six of them, and each one contains bugs. What an unappealing dish!.
I regret not paying more attention to these reviews. The inner liner of the clamshell isn't completely sealed. A half-in, half-out piece of lettuce was sealed. The lettuce outside was wilting and turning into lettuce inside, indicating that it had been exposed to the elements. So, in essence, I pay a premium for prewashed lettuce that is then exposed to the elements once more after washing - As a result, I'll have to do it all over again. Organic Girl's 1 is a brand name for a line of cosmetics created by Organic Girl A toll-free number is available. There was no one there, only a machine.
Brown stalks have started to appear recently. I don't require flawless produce, but these are unfit for human consumption. There was a time when everything was perfect. I'm not sure what's up with OrganicGirl's recent quality issues. MY ROMAINE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO ME! As a result, I've gone with a different organic brand.
It's not a good idea to put fresh produce on ice right away. Ice is a no-no for you, bro.
We usually buy Whole Foods brand romaine hearts, but they were sold out. As a result, this is what we did. The taste wasn't as good as it could have been. For a 7 oz. product, there is a ridiculous amount of packaging. a lettuce head Hopefully, the container will pass whatever requirements recycling plants place on consumer submissions and will not end up in a landfill. This purchase did not meet my expectations. For more money and wasteful packaging from an organic company, you get less mediocre lettuce and less mediocre lettuce for less money. I was let down.
I must have squandered at least $100 by not asking for a refund on the lettuces. Simply put, I'm too preoccupied with the stresses of everyday life.
