There are about a dozen leaves in total. I can't say how many cups it will yield because these are very long leaves and I won't be using them until later today. I hope this information is useful.

Confederate flags, rednecks, and white (not) supremacy Political policies that are racist and oppressive are in place. Our comfort food, on the other hand, is unrivaled! With all of the hatred, we black people needed some sort of solace to help us get through it. Greens are a common ingredient in many ethnic kitchens. In my preparation, I am more health conscious (no pork). Making greens, on the other hand, transports me back to my Texas roots in my new California home! This was a fantastic idea. To my mind, at a great price.
For the same price, you can get a regular bunch of greens from the grocery store instead of 7 leaves cut from the bunch; this was a waste because it's not a full bunch you're buying; I ordered three bunches and it came to half the amount you'd get from the regular store.
We were planning to make Collard Greens for Thanksgiving, but every store had run out. We decided to take a chance and order from Amazon. And I have to say, I'm not sure where these Greens came from in the heavenly realm, but OMG! They were super fresh, huge, and far exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. It was an added bonus because of the low price. Everyone should buy this item, in my opinion.
Each bunch arrived with broken and bruised outer leaves. Some kind of bug had also left bumps on the leaves.
There were only a few greens in this bunch. I was expecting a full bunch of flowers, not just three leaves. And don't get me started on how many bunches I bought. It wasn't a full bunch, and the leaves weren't particularly large.
I had a lot of fun making these with some bacon ends that were too salty to eat when I bought them here. However, it worked really well in this dish.
Collard greens are one of my favorite vegetables, but I have a problem with the people who pack them. Please don't fold the collard greens in half all at once.
I brought seven bunches in order to fill a pot, and I'm hoping they'll be tasty and tender.
