In west Texas, there is a border with Mexico that is around 200 miles away. As these avocados are sold in the grocery stores near me, I am familiar with them and enjoy their taste. They are small and have a strong taste. Since I do not drive anymore, I was glad that Amazon permitted me to purchase Mexico's organic avocados. Make sure you note that you might need to wait until the trees are ready to contain them before you can pick them up. You can keep them on the counter or table until they are ripe. They will arrive hard, so just keep them there. In the past, when I drove to the grocery stores, I always bought the hard avocados. You can also keep in touch with the store by email if you wish. It's a good idea to keep a copy of their email address with your order. There are so many nice people here at this company, I cannot say enough good things about them.
It was a great experience dealing with avocados that came well packaged and that survived the very cold Colorado temperatures we were experiencing at the time. Thanks for the quality packing. A few dark spots were visible on the avocados, but none appeared on the rest. The meat was delicious and they were meaty. It was not a big deal, but the one I had In the future, I will place an order.

This has disappointed me greatly. The entire batch of half of them was bruised and There is no value in this product.
It was hard to find meat around the pits because they were so big.
