In none of my orders have they ever arrived bruised:
I'm not sure what you mean by "what label," but the avocados I got yesterday had a label that said they were grown in the United States.

Selected User Reviews For Small Hass Avocado
This review is a little unusual. We received an avocado that was overripe and unfit for consumption. However, getting a refund without having to return it took less than 30 seconds. We gave it four stars because of the experience, and even though this one was bad, we'll definitely try again in the future. The last avocado we ordered was fine, and the rest of the produce delivered with this order was superior to what we normally find at our neighborhood grocery stores (Vons, Ralphs, Safeways, and so on). It was comparable to what we get at Sprouts, which is known for having much higher-quality fresh produce, despite the one avocado.
I've been getting the worst avocados in my Fresh orders for the past few weeks. They're being picked way too early from the trees, and no matter what you do, they're not going to ripen. I have avocados that are two weeks old and as hard as a rock in my fridge. You can't do anything about them. They can also be soft on the outside but hard on the inside, with dark patches. Terrible. I'm hoping that the producers get their act together and stop picking too soon.
I've ordered these maybe three times, give or take, and each time it's been difficult; I've left them out on the counter, tried storing them in brown paper bags in the dark for weeks. WEEKS. It's still solid as a rock. br>br>After a few weeks, I tried cutting into it, but it's too hard to eat. It'll end up in the garbage once more. br>br>As another reviewer pointed out, these have to be picked way too early and thus never ripen.
So this is a MEDIUM avocado item. What I got was about the size of my palm, as you can see in this photo. It's clear that this isn't a medium. You take a risk by ordering produce via delivery and not being able to pick it out yourself, but this is absurd. Aside from that, one side was extremely soft and had an indent in it. When I lightly squeeze it, I get the impression that the outside and insides are separated. Clearly, not only was the avocado small, but it was also overripe and already bad.
m. the last time I was there, and I only got to eat and enjoy one. To be clear, I didn't wait to eat these because, if I'm being honest, they go by so quickly in my house, and we use them in everything. Because my family cannot consume gluten or lactose, these are excellent fillers and substitutes in everyday meals. In addition, my family enjoys them on toast, salads, tacos, and other dishes. So, like I said, they don't just sit for a while; I had the first one the day after I got the order delivered, but two days later (since we ate leftovers the next day), I went to use an avocado and it was literally moldy on the inside, not the outside, which I have never seen before. So I went to check on the others, and they were there as well. As a result, we had to make a hasty trip to the grocery store to finish the food we were preparing at the time, which was extremely disappointing. However, the one I had was excellent. That is something I will say.
I was expecting more dark spots, but was pleasantly surprised to see how green the avocado was on the inside; I'd recommend eating it the same day it arrives because it won't last long.
My wife and I have been experimenting with ordering some of the more difficult items from Fresh to see how they turn out. Strawberry, tomato, and avocado are all difficult to get right but incredibly easy to get wrong. Strawberries and tomatoes have been delicious, but avocados have been a letdown. br>br>This was ordered as a Ready to Eat item. When we went to eat it the next morning, it was badly bruised and overripe, despite the fact that it was truly ripe when we received it. Thankfully, Amazon's excellent customer service was able to resolve the issue, but it was still a disappointment.
